Wonderful home and yard. The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The pool, hot tub and firepit were enjoyed by everyone. Great location and neighborhood. The owner was wonderful. Even sent a special cuddle toy back to us that one of children left behind.

Came as a family with 2 teenagers. The house was a great setup for us. Each of us had our own room. Kitchen and living room were nice. House was clean, not spotless. I cleaned up food under the recliner. I also unloaded dishwasher from previous guests and floors were sticky. (I find this in most VRBO homes, so not a deal breaker) Loved the outdoor space, tv area and hotub were awesome!!! Pool was nice, just not heated and this time of year it was cold. For the price can't beat it!!!! We came for Busch Gardens/Zootampa so the house is close enough without breaking the bank. Overall it was what I expected.

The house is super cozy! This is a perfect place for a family with older kids and younger kids too. The weather ruined our plans but luckily the house had everything we needed! The house was clean, beds were comfortable. Jacuzzi was amazing! The owners communicate very well. Overall a 10 out of 10 stay!

Tampa getaway

Mario was great with communication every time we reached out he was extremely quick to respond. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was good distance to all our activities epperson lagoon, Clearwater beach and adventure island. Location also close to many restaurants by the Tampa outlets!!

Nice ranch style brick home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Hot tub was wonderful, pool was nice but still a bit too cold for our stay. Would stay again!

Above and beyond our expectations! The host provided so many extras like dishwasher pods, Christmas decorations ,spices, lovely cookware, paper products and even fire wood for the fire pit!! Our family had so much fun in the pool, and we were blessed with beautiful warm sunshine!! Highly recommend this property it was perfect for our needs! Thank You Duncan Familt!

Short Vacation

It was a great location and great size home for a family of 4. House was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive. There are a few things that could be improved such as a heater for the pool, better showerhead in the master bath or maybe adding a game room with more activities for the kids but overall it was great. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again whenever around in that area again!

Living Large in Lutz

Had an awesome stay at this property. Our host, Mario, was super communicative, and the house was perfect for 4 adults. Loved the backyard, pool, and hot tub as well as hanging out at the fire pit watching some football under the stars. Would absolutely stay again.

Actually not a catfish, at all.

I can't think of a single house rental that has not at least in some ways catfished me. Sure the pictures are technically accurate but if you could zoom in a little bit you would see some things you don't like. At this point I have come to expect and accept that. This place was pristine. It was everything the pictures showed and more. The pictures actually don't do it justice. I have never understood why people go back to the same place more than once, in my opinion it is always been preferred to go and explore new places every time. This one is the exception. I will be visiting this home again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Short vacation

The house had all the requirements for a short stay. Kitchen could use more silverware, dishes and bowls. Coffee pot would be nice, otherwise it was perfect. Kids loved the pool and makes for good family time

Nice Location

It was a great location, great size home. Some upgrades needs and things need attention. Property manager was very quick to response. Few things they can work on. grass was not cut when we arrived. AC had issues, pool needed cleaned and trash bins were already full when we arrived. There were very few towels, toilet paper. Overall it was a great home just need to pay closer attention to those details.

Backyard Paradise

House was clean and comfortable. The backyard was the best - pool, hot tub and cabana with TV. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying all it had to offer. Owner was very accessible and accommodating.
