Inside the Studio
Relax in a light-filled space with cathedral ceilings, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and a comfortable memory-foam queen bed guests consistently praise. Stream favorite shows on the Roku TV, stay connected with fast WiFi, or unwind with books and games.

Full Kitchen
Prepare meals with ease—unlike most studios, this space includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, cookware, spices, coffee maker, and everything you need for longer stays.

Awesome amenities. Most places don't offer a good variety of teas, so that was nice to see. Providing tote bags and umbrellas was also a thoughtful gesture.

This was the cutest, cleanest, most comfortable place to stay! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The kitchen was so well equipped that I was actually able to prepare meals there easily. The host was very attentive and friendly. It’s close to everything and I plan on returning when I need to spend time in Edmonds again.
My last day there it snowed on the mountains!

A wonderful clean property with everything needed to cook meals. It’s an excellent home base near groceries, restaurants (so many restaurants) and downtown Edmonds and the ferry. The host is super responsive a real hospitality pro! The bed and linens are super comfy.

We had a great stay! The studio was so roomy and outfitted with everything we needed for a weekend visit in Edmonds. We kept busy with friends and events at Edmonds Marina that we didn't have time to take advantage of the beautiful garden deck with a view of the sound! Easy to walk to town with all the great restaurants. One of our best Vrbo experiences ever!

Booked this for my parents to stay while visiting me in Seattle. It was perfect for them. They raved about how cute and comfortable it was and how nice Lauren is when they ran into her. The location is walkable to downtown Edmonds, with great views of the water on your way to town. Definitely will be recommending this place to future guests visiting the area.

Perfect Place

We use this unit for visiting family/friends and it’s just great. For visitors to Edmonds, the location is an easy walk or drive to downtown Edmonds and all of the restaurants, shopping and entertainment there. Unit is clean, nicely decorated, is safe and the bed is super!

Great stay at this wonderful studio. Lauren was so good with her communication and everything was very clear. The studio has so many nice amenities and we enjoyed the location as it is so close to walk to many places in town. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Edmonds!

This space was perfect for two people. The bed was super comfortable! Parking is right outside the door. Short walk to town and to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice studio

We were there two days and just wanted quiet. We were given the peace to hang out and enjoy the room. Though the room is located above the garage, there was no noise from the host. We will recommend to others :)

My husband and I were visiting family in Edmonds for four days, and we feel so lucky to have found this gem of a property, Seaside Studio. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, and just a walk down the hill into downtown Edmonds. We will definitely stay here every time we come to visit friends and family in the Seattle area. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay in a beautiful area

Lauren was an excellent host. The cottage was so comfortable and cozy! The place had all you need, the basic necessities. I was able to cook a few great meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The area is simply lovely and the cottage is located just minutes from downtown Edmonds. I highly recommend this cute cottage to singles or a couple. Lauren was a great communicator and a lovely lady.

Home Away From Home

We loved our little home away from home. Convenient location near our relatives. The amenities were well thought out. We loved the bed so much that we went home and ordered the same mattress. The owners are very friendly.

My name is Lauren, I am a professional vacation home property manager. My family and I welcome you to our own Seaside Studio! We are life-long Seattlelites who bought the 1944 Craftsman-style home in 2015. History lovers, it was important to us to keep as much of the history of the house as we could. We undertook a remodel and addition over a year long that would ensure keeping the main house. We removed the old garage; we then added the new garage and second floor.

It was always the plan to have half of the upstairs be for the Studio, so it was designed and built with that in mind from the very beginning! We painstakingly chose every item with purpose.

We love travel! Chelan (WA), Palm Springs & San Diego (CA), Maui (HI), and Italy are some favorites. I also love helping others with their genealogy and DNA connections, and have recently rediscovered my creative side creating art.

We love Edmonds, and hope you do as well! Feel free to ask us any questions and let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay. Otherwise, we will leave you be.
