The Space:
This home was built with your vacation in mind, and when paired with our unmatched service and amenities, and its amazing location, this home offers one special experience and value! Let's start with the exterior entertainment spaces via the covered patios, pool area, balconies, and roof top deck. The pool area will make lasting memories for you and your family, with an oversized resort style, saltwater heated pool and spa, sun shelf, bubblers and lights, and a waterslide! The covered patio has a large smart TV, seating and dining, ping pong, outdoor connect 4 and an outdoor grill. The home is family friendly, and the back yard is perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). The home provides multiple balconies including a roof top deck with seating and amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key Beach, St. Armand's Circle, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.
Once inside this home's nearly 3,300 square feet of interior living space, you'll notice the coastal interior design, quality craftsmanship, and connected floor plan. This home provides 6 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, and 5 of the 6 bedrooms provide balcony access. The home also offers 6 full baths and 1 half bath. The home comfortably sleeps 16 persons in beds via 5 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. The great room includes the chef's kitchen with beverage bar, living space, and dining areas of the home. The chef's kitchen and beverage bar are fully stocked with all the products and manufacturers that you've told us you want in your guest feedback! This home also has a club room, or secondary living space. Just off the great room and club room spaces you'll find oversized balconies with seating and dining.

This home provides free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered and 2 in driveway). The home's beach equipment is stored in the pool patio, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer here as well for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier as well. The ground level space features the fully fenced pool and back yard area, including the covered patio space. You'll find yourself at the pool and covered patio constantly as the pool provides so much, and the adjacent covered patio includes an open floor plan with soft seating, dining table for 8 persons, a large smart TV, ping pong, and an outdoor grill (natural gas) for the perfect outdoor living space. There are ceiling fans throughout this space for added comfort. From the ground level, you'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator to the home's two (2) living levels above and stairs to all floors including the rooftop deck.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
Features the Great Room with fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes: a full-sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher, wall mounted double ovens, oversized cooktop with vent hood, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. It is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The great room also includes a custom dining table for 8, island bar top seating for 6, and a living room with a smart TV, and a half-bath. There is a balcony off this space, offering additional dining for 6 and other seating options. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 feature king beds, both with balcony access and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 6, the bunk room, features 2 sets of custom-built bunk beds, a full over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. This bunk room has an en-suite bathroom that has a vanity and shower/tub combination. The laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryer units and a half bath are on this level as well.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
The club room, or secondary living area, is featured on this level. It provides a wet bar, beverage fridge, foosball table, a living area with a large TV and Nintendo Switch gaming console. The club room has access to a large balcony space with seating and access to the rooftop deck (via spiral stairs), providing stunning Gulf of Mexico, Lido Key, and downtown Sarasota views. There are also 3 bedrooms on this floor, including the 2 master bedrooms. Master bedroom 1 offers balcony access with seating and rooftop deck access, and features a king bed, large closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large shower, free-standing bathtub. Master bedroom 2 includes balcony access, a king bed, walk-in closet, and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a large shower with a ceiling mounted rain shower head. Bedroom 5 features a king bed, rear balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with vanity and shower/tub combination.
Rooftop Deck:
Sunset and Gulf views can be expected from this elevated rooftop space. This quaint balcony space provides seating and views and provides the perfect space for enjoying sunrises and sunsets, and open views of Lido Key, St. Armand's Circle, the Gulf of Mexico, and the downtown Sarasota skyline.
Getting Around:
This luxury home on Lido Key has a phenomenal location, just steps from the world renown white sand beaches of Lido Key that are known for their -shelling', and just a short bike ride (4-min) or enjoyable walk to St. Armand's Circle (10-min) where you'll have access to Lido Key's best restaurants, shops, entertainment, and more! Everything is walkable! There is something for everyone in St. Armand's Circle, from arcades and restaurants to high end retail, and it's always a guest favorite. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, as well as more fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando, are all just within 30 minutes to 2 hours away!
