The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for our family of 6. We were in the area on a business trip and the house was great. Kids could do school work comfortably while husband went to work. We did some sightseeing (Drake’s Well) and some adventures in town (recommended Big Joes in North Warren). Enjoyed the board games in the evenings. Overall, a cozy house!

We enjoyed our stay here! Being right across the river was beautiful. We loved the fire pit in the back yard! We brought our own firewood and used it every night. We had to stratigically cooordinate our showers in the mornings with 6 people.The only concern is that we could not find a fire detector or CO2 detector anywhere in the house.

The House was very clean and good. The Hosts were very attentive. My only concern was in the photos to renting this house showed a dock?? Made it look like you could dock your boat there and looked like it was right off the house. Photo decieving This is a public Dock with no Slots. Fishing was horrible as well. River very rough. The house is across the street from the river . Will not go back to this Place.

Nice spot for our family

Very clean, easy to get into town andi nice for our family of 4 adults. The single bathroom was a bit tricky to manage for all of us, but the living areas were all very nice and spacious.

Nice home in pretty natural setting

The property is very clean and very comfortable. My father, 96 years old, was pleased with the grab bars and few steps to the property. Maybe can’t say handicap accessible because he can maneuver a few steps, but he did fine and was very comfortable!

Quiet Getaway

This property was perfect for either relaxing around the house or to use as a base for sightseeing around the PA Wilds. The home is family friendly and in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend staying here as our family would stay at this home again.

Quiet getaway near beautiful river

Property was very clean & well stocked. You can tell the owner went out of their way to make visitors feel comfortable & welcome! Cherry was extremely responsive to any message or request we had. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood and nice short walk to the river, which was a beautiful view. Enjoyed the grill & porch. Recommend you visit Chapman State Park.

Great view

This property had a great view of the river directly across from a boat launch. Although we were not there to fish the river, it was close enough to where we were fishing and to Warren so that we could go into town as well.

The Perfect Getaway

My friend and I stayed here for a girls' weekend. Although the weather was snow/icy and cold, there was plenty to do in the area. The home alone was enough for us to stay warm and comfortable in. Plenty of bedroom and living room space. The two screened in porches would be perfect for summer, especially with the river across the road. The town of Warren is close with coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and local bars with entertainment. The people of the area were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great rental with beautiful river view

My family (including 2 kids under 12) stayed here while spending the holidays with family. The place is spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful river view. The only downside was that the location was a little farther from my parents house than the location estimate on the website prior to booking (likely set by VRBO and not by the owner).

Annual Outdoor Week

Perfect for our group. Adjoins boat launch on the river we want to fish. Located in the PA Wilds for unlimited area to hunt. Extra room for all the extra clothes. Ample parking for multiple vehicles. Easy to find location for those coming from out of state.
