This adorable home has been renovated and decorated with calming comfort in mind. Kickback and decompress or simply use it as a hub to enjoy everything Savannah and Tybee Island have to offer!

The Neighborhood:
*Thunderbolt has become a hub for film production.
*Food goodness is walkable! Try Finches for breakfast or lunch, Tubbys for happy hour, Tortugas for brunch, and Lowcountry for dinner.
*Walk along River Drive and check out the historic shrimp boats
*Historic Bonaventure Cemetery is 1.5 mile away with a 1.5 mile perimeter trail
*Set up a farm bag with Vertu Farms located at the historic Roberd's Dairy 2 miles away and check out their farmer's market on Tu & Fri
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around between those places as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the in the Town of Thunderbolt, where the property is located, here as they are mostly quiet during the day and do have sidewalks.
There is a very nice Publix grocery store approximately six minutes from the house. In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away.
Other Things to Note:
This home is perfectly situated between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island (beach), so your stay here will place you in the best location to explore both areas of Savannah. The best part is that you can explore the city, or the beach, then retreat to a quiet and quaint neighborhood in a less-traveled part of town.

You can park up to two cars on the driveway and one on the street. Please do not plan to travel with more than three medium-sized cars, otherwise parking at the property will be a problem.
The space is dog-friendly only. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting furry friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.
