Bright Haus Condos has 5 properties at the Village at Breckenridge.

Bright Haus Lakeview at the Village at Breckenridge is our newest and just recently renovated: The View of the lake, ski area and mountain views are to die for! Step out on the two balconies for an unobstructed view of mountain peaks, mountain streams, Maggie Pond and ski area. The absolute best view in Breckenridge and every window or balcony has an amazing view! The Village at Breckenridge Bright Haus Lakeview is in town next to Historic Breckenridge and Peak 9 ski area, the Quicksilver Lift. If that isn't enough, the 4 outdoor hot tubs with waterfalls and indoor/outdoor pool overlook the ski area and children's ski school are icing on the cake. We have been premier hosts for years. We love hosting our guests. Our goal is to provide an awesome vacation by providing clean, updated and comfortable accommodations.

This place is in a great location, it is convenient to slopes, ski and snowboard rentals, lessons, restaurants and the views are spectacular! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We stayed for 10 days. There is a shared washer/dryer that is almost right across the hall which was very useful for us. The views of the mountains on all sides are picture perfect. You can see the Quicksilver lift from the balcony and it is very close in walking proximity. When we weren't on the mountain or walking down Main Street we would sit on the balcony and watch people ski and snowboard down Peak 9. Maggie Pond is just below and is very beautiful covered in snow. Main Street has many shops and restaurants and is easily accessible and in close walking distance to the Village. We paid extra, ahead of time, to reserve parking in the heated garage that is located just below the rooms and for us that option was great. We, WITHOUT A DOUBT, hope to return to this location! Also, the owners responded promptly to all messages before and during the trip.

Stayed 4 nights and it really felt like a home away from home! Very clean and the bunk room for the kids was perfect! The kids loved the pool and arcade. Everything was so handy and the location was very easy to walk downtown. Our son loved fishing the pond right outside the building. Would definitely stay again! Checkout process was so simple. Can’t say enough good things!

Big fun at Bright Haus

The condo was perfect, beds very comfortable, kitchen fully functional, and beautiful views. My kids loved the bunk room with personal reading lamps and TV! We would absolutely visit again.

Family Trip to Breckenridge

Great trip for our family. Rooms matched expectations. Great location to walk to restaurants or hikes (sawmill reservoir) and more. Boys loved the pool and arcade games.

Overall great stay. Awesome location to slopes and downtown. Only negative is that on site parking is very limited and can not accommodate bigger automobiles

Great stay in an amazing location

Fantastic trip to Breck. First time staying in the Village. Was the perfect spot for family who were taking lessons. We were close to the ski school and close to downtown for dinner and shopping. Would highly recommend. Rental had everything we needed for a great stay.

Merry Christmas!

Even with all of us in the two bedrooms we still enjoyed our stay. We were either or the slopes or out eating so the condo was for sleeping! Loved how bright and cheering with all the views that made it seem more spacious with the 8 of us.

Breckenridge Getaway

We brought our entire family here for a long weekend and we couldn't have had a better time. The condo was amazing with everything you would need. The location was the best there could be. The property owners were so responsive and helpful with everything! We will definitely be back!!!

Walkable location

Two couples for an off-season getaway in mid October. There's literally not a better location I could imagine in Breckenridge for walkability, this place is close to everything; shops, restaurants, breweries, hiking trails, etc. The unit was super clear and very nicely appointed, I have zero complaints about this property, we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Property

Great condo. We come to Breck regularly and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in. The updates were beautiful and everything was very clean. The community pool was an added bonus. Will be staying here again

Condo was perfect, it had everything we needed and more. Owners were great as well, they were super responsive, helpful with all the info/details we needed for our stay, and accommodating. We loved the location and staying in walking distance to everything. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Condo walking distance to everything.

This condo has a great location to town. It is modern and clean. Beautiful view from windows. Only disappointment was the shower door in master was broken and they had a shower curtain in there. I'm not a fan of shower curtains. Also a smoke alarm was hanging by the wires not sure what happened there. All in all an amazing place to stay if you are in Breckenridge.
