You have this entire home to yourself. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac within minutes of shopping centers, restaurants, hiking, skiing, and the freeway. Stay and relax with your family or use it as a home base and go out on the town. This home was designed for a quiet, relaxing experience, where you can relax and unwind while also having plenty of things to entertain. Enjoy breakfast and lunch outside, grill some steaks, and play in the yard while the kids play on the playground.

The house will sleep 10 in bedrooms, 2 on the pull-out sofa, and 2 more on the rollaway beds.

Grandma's birthday

Beautiful home with plenty of room for all the kids and grandkids. What minor issues we had the host was quick to respond. Nice home to come back too after all our activities. Would use again if we ALL come back this way again.

Beautiful and spacious home loved our stay

This home is very spacious newer home and we felt very much at home.we appreciated the 3 bathrooms. We never used the hot tub or trampoline. There was coffee available but nothing else for food. Nice fridge with built in ice and water. It has a very steep driveway and several stairs to get in the main home. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

This house was a great place to gather with family and friends during graduation weekend. We had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, tidy house and great location. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Weekend Competition

A few of our dance girls and moms stayed together while in Provo for a dance convention. It was close to what we needed and plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub wasn’t working right so that was a bummer but the property manager was very easy to get ahold of.

Perfect place in Orem

It was the perfect home to accommodate our family! Not only was the house and yard wonderful, the location was great! Close to everything. The view of the mountain from the front window is hard to beat. Quiet neighborhood too.

Great Stay!

We were a group of 11 and had plenty of room! Came in to go snow skiing and house was only a quick 20 min drive to Sundance ski lodge. Brendon was very quick to answer any questions and a great host. We would definitely recommend!

Home away from home 🏡

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We work from home and it was just perfect! Very spacious. Great view to the mountains and Salt Lake from the living room. Very comfy and well equipped kitchen. We will definitely come back.

Great place for families.

Great House for multiple families. We came here for a wedding and family reunion. Great kitchen. Great spaces inside and outside for kids and teenagers. Great views as well from the family room. Close to University Mall and lots of food options.

Wonderful Stay on Orem!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this well organized home. Brendon was great to work with and made checking-in and out a breeze. The home is in a great location and met all our needs. We were with friends and family and all the bedrooms really housed us very well. I would recommend this home to others!!

Perfect Place for Large Family with Children!

We needed a property with enough bedrooms for eight adults and eight children. We also needed a property with a large yard for the children, and for enough space (inside and out) to host a family lunch the day before the wedding. This property fulfilled all of our requirements. The property is well maintained with beautiful furnishings. It was very clean and ready for our stay. The AC worked well (important feature). We loved that each room has a ceiling fan. The kitchen is large with space to prep for our family lunch and the wedding. The kids had a great time in the backyard, the trampoline and play set were a hit, as was the large downstairs family room. The kitchen includes many amenities and a great refrigerator with a great ice maker (another important feature). The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is close to stores. Brendon (the host) was very responsive to questions and needs, and even mowed and trimmed the lawn while we were there. We'd highly recommend this property!

Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

This is a great place, very clean and big table for game playing. Brendan was great at being available for questions, very quick with responses. I would advice you to bring ziplock bags if you need to take food home, and maybe paper cups/plates for kids, we felt we had to do the dishwasher a lot to keep up with meal times. But they had things for kitchen and bathrooms which was nice (loved the make-up rags) The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy is that the pictures showing the yard look bigger than it is, the side yard is a good size, but has playgrounds and tamp, so we just didn't have as much room to play lawn games we brought. It also isn't fully fenced if you bring a dog, and the neighbors dog kept coming in the backyard, which our kids loved so it wasn't a big deal. Oh and there are a ton of rules for the hottub that I wish was on the listing rather than reading it when we got there, it wasn't worth it for us to go in the hottub due to all the restrictions. (I understood the why but I can't imagine how many people actually would use the hottub with the rules (no makeup, shower before, no cotton shirts (like cover ups)), I can't remember the rest but it wasn't worth it to us even though we brought swimsuits). But overall it was a great place and we all had a great time!

Lovely home in Orem

We had a great time at the house, it was great for our families needs. I should have asked more questions about the stairs in the house. Grandma had a hard time going in and out. I blame myself for that though. The house over all is great for a family stay.
