Great Family House

The house was very nice. The loft was great for the cousins to sleep in. It was close to my brother’s house so it made it perfect for family to stay here. It’s a great location.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The setup of the house was great, especially having a bunk room upstairs. There was plenty of room for the 10 people we had in our group.

Lovely and relaxing stay near the Bay

We had a large multi family gathering, 4 adults and 4 kids. Has plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the loft upstairs. Quiet location and a quick drive in DC to see the city sites.

Beautiful home, responsive host, and wonderful location!

We had such a nice stay at this property. It is 2 blocks from a nice little private beach, with shallow enough water that it was great for our young children, and not too cold in August. There is also a playground a block up the street in the other direction. Getting into downtown Annapolis is an easy drive of about 12-15 min depending on location. The house itself has a really nice, open floorplan on the main level, and the bedrooms are quite comfortable. Everything is beautifully decorated. We had some minor trouble checking in for our stay, but the host responded immediately and helped us over FaceTime. Thank you so much - we would definitely come back!

We often stay in VRBO's. This one was at the bottom of our list as far as quality goes. Home looks poorly maintained. It needs a good cleaning and updates (rugs, sheets, towels are in rough shape). We won't be back.

Beautiful, spacious and clean rental home

Our family stayed for a weekend, and had plenty of space in the bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and closets for all of our stuff. There were lovely beach decor artwork, modern furniture and lighting/fans as well as central AC. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Only complaint was that the deck in backyard had not been cleaned in ages and had pollen stuck to all the chairs and table. We had to brush and hose it all down for about an hour and a half! The rest of the house was immaculate however. Would definitely re-book this property!

Awesome vacation home

The house was spacious, had ample seating and beds, and a short walk to a beautiful small beach and park. It was exactly what we wanted in a vacation house. Highly recommend!

So Relaxing.

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed spending Labor Day Weekend at Arundel on the Bay. Between the extremely comfortable beds, relaxing couches, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces we hardly needed to leave the house except to enjoy short walks to the waterfront and throughout the neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants, etc. are just a short drive away. Just what we needed to relax from hectic city life.

A local gem

What a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and perfect for a larger group and the location is so nice for the best of all worlds - walk to the bay, short drive to downtown Annapolis etc. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental. Run don't walk and book this great location!

Awesome house for your group getaway!

This place was huge, clean, and offered plenty of community space for gathering. Lots of amenities and close to stores etc. but still in a private residential area.

Book With Confidence!

Simply put, this home is amazing. The owner spared no expense while decorating inside and out. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. My family stayed at the home (ages ranging 6 to 76) and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. If you have kids, they will love the bunkbeds on the 3rd floor. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful (always a concern of mine) and there is a little beach just a block away. The owner was very responsive with any questions and the check-in/check-out process was simple. Don't hesitate to book this property!

Wonderful Annapolis home!

We loved our stay…the home is beautiful—decorated so tastefully with everything we could have needed. Dan was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Beach is just down the road and a quick walk. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 4 teenage boys and 2 couples. We loved it!

Fourth of July Weekend

We absolutely loved this house, and the neighborhood that it was in. The house accommodated everyone’s needs, the rooms were spacious and clean and the bathrooms felt like you were in a spa lol. We loved how close the house was to the beach, and I think that was our favorite part. The house is very welcoming and is 100% true to the pictures seen on Vrbo.

DC Graduation Stay

Fantastically well-appointed home in a beautiful community, and steps from the beach! Short commute to DC. We stayed for three nights. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer!

We fell in love with the location! The property is sandwiched almost equidistance from a private beach and awesome family playground. The street is super quiet and perfect for taking walks in the neighborhood. You walk out the home, turn right and you are just steps from the Water! Tons of wildlife, beautiful birds, roaming deer and foxes are commonly seen wandering the neighborhood.
