Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, relaxation or hosting!

This 3bed/3bath Mediterranean is freshly renovated with stylish touches & comfy furniture. The main floor of this multi family serves as a great spot to bring the family while visiting the area. The house boasts an oversized living room, formal dining room, large chef's kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. With heat & AC throughout the entire 2k sf unit, this house is great for anything& everything!

The Space:
Primary bedrooms has a king bed and huge bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed
3rd bedroom is upstairs with private bathroom/shower.

There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Guest Access:
There is a lock box on the front door. We will give you a code before you check-in. Please make sure to put the key back on your way out.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is a multifamily house with people living above and below. Please be respectful of noise and they will be as well!

No parties and no smoking. Please be respectful of neighbors.

The house was spacious and well laid out. We were five adults, and we did not get in each other‘s way. The house was charming and perfect for our purposes. The house is very well located in White Plains. We were very happy with this place and the host was very easy to deal with.

Lots of room for the children to play. Pack and play was set up and ready to go along with the high chair which we appreciated.We were visiting Sleepy Hollow which was only about 20 minutes away.

We had family arriving from across the country and this property allowed us to all stay together in a lovely and spacious home. We had all that we needed, the location was great and there was space for all of us. I would recommend this property to others looking for a nice place in White Plains.

The VRBO posting had an extra bed in its description, fortunately one party was able to change their plans w/o much effort; could have been a nightmare. The posters communicated well, it was a good stay for our group.

Great Place to Stay in White Plains!

Everything pretty much as described in listing. Clean and as nicely presented. Quiet neighborhood. A bit of clarification on the bedrooms: there are three bedrooms. The third (upstairs) bed is two smaller mattresses side-by-side with a mattress topper, so not really a queen. We made it work, but would have preferred a regular queen.

Highly Recommend

We stay at short term rentals like those on VRBO many times, what can set a place apart when it meets expectations as advertised is communications and the responsiveness of the owner/manager. No place can be perfect all the time and we did have a couple minor issues crop up during our stay however, why I highly recommend this place was the ease in reaching, and quick action of the owner to take care of them Which is all you can ask and not always the case at some properties. If the occasion arises I'd stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

Great location and space

The rental was great but there were a couple of things to note. The A/C was not working well in the LR and one of the bedrooms on the main floor did not have an A/C unit. Note that one of the bedrooms is up a flight of narrow stairs - not an issue for us. The master suite was very spacious, with a great bath attached down a short hall where the closets are, but the bath does not have a door separating it from the sleeping area. Otherwise, the rental was spacious, clean and exactly in the location we needed. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at Peter and Georgie's property. There was a minor miscommunication upon arrival and Peter was especially responsive and attentive which was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!
