True Northern Michigan escape! Our condo has been recently updated and beautifully decorated with every amenity you need to enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer! We offer a TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT location with direct access to the all new high speed D8 chairlift, as well as short 10 minute walk to the Village of Boyne. Our unit offers 3 bedrooms + loft, 2 distinct living areas with flat screen smart TVs, 4 full bathrooms and more!

Loft -
* Includes 2 queen beds, closet, dresser
* Full bathroom with shower/tub combination

Main Floor -
* Master Bedroom with king bed, sitting chair, armoire and flat screen TV and on suite full bathroom including tub/shower combination
* Second bedroom with two queen over queen bunk beds, accomodating a total of 8 guests
* Full guest bathroom with stand-up shower
* Family room with dinning table, large sofa sleeper, sitting chairs and gas fire place
* Full kitchen which includes new dishwasher, new microwave, full size oven, full size refrigerator, new toaster, new 12 cup coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes (including plastic for the kids) and serving pieces
* Deck which includes a table, chairs and gas grill
* Outdoor ski rack

* Family room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sofa and arm chairs

***NOTE: We stress the importance of guests purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE that will cover you if you no longer want to travel and/or circumstances prevent you from being able to travel (i.e. flight cancellations, government banned vacation rentals, etc.). As long as Boyne Mountain Resort remains open we are not able to offer refunds for LAST MINUTE cancellations under any circumstances. In the event Boyne Mountain Resort closes due to a natural disaster, inclement weather or government imposed travel bans, assuming you are outside of our standard cancellation policy, we will offer a credit towards a future stay, however no refunds will be offered.

Summer Weekend in Petoskey

Our ball team stayed for our weekend tournament in Petoskey was excellent. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of tools to make meals, and four bathrooms was a huge bonus!

We had a great Spring Break week skiing right out our back door. Plenty of room for everyone here. Overall, very happy with the accommodations.

Perfect for a family ski trip

The condo is compact but there was plenty of room for 3 families with little kids. Super easy to ski in and out and stop back for lunch. Kitchen was very well stocked with nice pots and pans as well as knives. ( this is unusual but appreciated). Would stay here again

New Years Trip

We had an amazing time at Boyne. The condo is right on the ski slope (and we got lucky with a lot of snow) so we were able to ski directly in and out of the condo. The condo was set up perfectly and it was a perfect winter week!

Family vacation

We had a great time, condo was clean spacious and updated. We were able to several activities within a 5 minute drive from the condo. Weather was great the entire time. We would recommend this location for families of all ages, and we will be back again.

Fun Ski Weekend

The property was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the skiing and it was very convenient to ski back to this location. Clean, well furnished, and great communication.

Third consecutive year family snow ski adventure

This four bedroom four bath condo is perfect for our three generational family. This ski-in ski-out is wonderful for taking hot chocolate breaks and going back out. Water park is a great break for the kids. Fully furnished with lots of nice additional items. Host communication is simple and quick. We will be back next year.

Great Family Ski Vacation

The location was perfect for us. Close to the 8 chair lift that we could ski to - even with a 3 yr old and 5yr old. Easy middle of the day drop off at home for the littles that got too tired o ski. The bedrooms with large beds were perfect and the 3 bathrooms were great.

Wonderful Condo with Great Ski-In/Ski-Out Access

This condo can accommodate so much more than our 8 person party and was a fantastic place for our two families to stay for a weekend of skiing. The living space in the lowest level was a great escape for the kids while the adults prepped meals or played cards on the main level in the evenings. Would definitely love to stay here again on future visits.

Skiing Easy!

The condo is lovely, but the best feature is the ski n-ski out. It's super easy to hit the slopes and take breaks without hauling ski gear around or walking but a few feet.

Golf outing.

The only disappointment was the barbecue. It was dirty and to small for a group of 8. We had to purchase a charcoal grill. Also, there was no broom to sweep off the deck.

Great Communication, Very Small Kitchen

Excellent communication with Priscilla, she quickly replied to our questions, providing helpful information. The condo has many beds, but the kitchen is very small and living room off kitchen is also small and crowded with furniture. As a family of 7 (including 7 year old and 18 months grandchildren) there was no where for us to all sit to eat a meal together. The downstairs has more space, but unreasonable to carry meals up and down stairs. This is no fault of owners, just layout of condo, and what our preferences were.

Perfect Location

This is a cozy condo but well planned to give privacy for families. We were a family of 9 with grand parents , grand kids and sister family. The amenities were as advertised and the host maintained good communication through out. Leaving some goodies as a welcome was a nice touch. My favorite thing to do was the morning walks up and down the hill and sipping a cup of coffee after on the back. My kids also went to avalanche bay which is an indoor water park ($50/person) but well worth as you can exit and renter as well. We did get pizza from the pizza pub by place and it was delicious though a little pricey. The location was close enough to Petoskey 30 min , charlevoix Michigan beach 30 min, Mackinac city 1 hour and Traverse city 1 hour. We also got some ice cream at Moomers near traverse city on our way back from sleeping bear dunes which is a must if you are near the area. In all, we enjoyed the location, condo and the amenities. My only suggestion to the host would be to add some cups down stairs basement as they have a Keurig with coffee pods there. We will be beach next year for sure.

Boyne has been a special place to us since my husband and I were kids. We have had the privilege of continuing the tradition of trips "up north" with our children and couldn't be more excited to now have our own little piece of heaven!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our condo is a true ski-in/ski-out unit with the most breathtaking setting. We have an unobstructed view of the mountain so if skiing isn't your thing sit back by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa and watch the skiers go by. During the fall take in the incredible colors and enjoy the privacy of our backyard during the summer months. We are situated just a short (true) 10 minute walk from all of the restaurants, activities and amenities of Boyne Village including the Mountain Grand Lodge and Avalanche Bay Water park.
