Imagine sitting on the balcony overlooking beautiful Tampa Bay enjoying your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine. Isla Del Sol is 1.5 mile to the beach, close to the Don Cesar Hotel. We are a few miles to Fort De Soto State Beach. There are plenty of walking and biking paths. 15-20 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg. *****all occupants must be 30 years and/or over*****
The condo in the quiet Isla Del Sol 55+ community has plenty of amenities to make your stay comfortable, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine/dryer, and cable TV. It was recently renovated with all new beds, mattresses, and furniture. Beach chairs, beach towels, paddle board, and a kayak is available for guests.

Wonderful Stay

The place, view and beaches were amazing. The host was wonderful and very easy to talk to. My wife and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice quiet stay with an amazing view. Sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the dolphins was fun. Photos are from balcony and the locally beaches we visited.

Amazing trip

Gina’s place is amazing. It’s spacious, clean and perfect for a family to enjoy the beach and pool. We love our stay and definitely hope to go back.

Great Condo

The condo was in a great location. We loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast while we watched the birds at the bay. Everything was perfect and Gina was very kind. Definitely recommend.

A Blessed Vacation

We had the most blessed vacation at Gina’s vacation home. The home was clean and organized for a family of four. Our two kids had the best time and we can’t wait to go back. It was a much needed vacation and we fell in love with St. Pete. Thanks for opening up your home. The Funderburk Family

Pure relaxation!

Couldn't have been happier, even extended our stay :). We had all the comforts of home to enjoy yourselves. The location was perfect as it was so convenient to all the wonderful beaches and restaurants. This place will not disappoint.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Gina was so easy to work with always quick to respond! The condo was so clean and homey! We loved the views and even saw dolphins swimming in the bay as we were sitting on the balcony. We really enjoyed the pool as well. It’s the perfect location! Minutes from the beach and a short drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home.

Our yearly family and friends trip was St Petersburg this year. We saw Gina’s place online and fell in love with the view. The development is quiet and clean. There is security driving around to make sure everything is safe. There is a bridge you can walk over and back on (about 2.6 miles) with a nice view and breeze. The pool temperature is perfect and the hot tub is relaxing. You’re about a 15 minute drive to St Pete beach, 35 min to Clearwater, and 25 min to Tampa/airport. The condo has all the things you need from home. There were four of us and we had plenty of space. Communication with Gina was always quick and she was easy to interact with. Make sure to look out in the morning and you might catch the dolphins swimming and playing.

beautiful location wonderful host

My husband, daughter, and niece gathered here from all parts of the country and had a wonderful week. Gina‘s condo was wonderfully well, equipped and well located for our visits nearby with my sister and brother-in-law who were staying in an RV in Fort De Soto Park. we loved the views of the water from the condo and loved swimming in the pool every morning. The warm water in the pool and the cleanliness of the pool were a real bonus. The drive to Fort De Soto Park was really easy and very light traffic. Our daughter borrowed the bike one day, and that was great as well. We were really comfortable in Gina’s lovely condo all the way around and loved our stay.

R&R in Isla del Sol

Gina’s condo is a little slice of heaven. I needed some rest and relaxation and this place fit the bill perfectly! It’s set on the bay in a relatively quiet corner of Isla del Sol. The balcony had wonderful views overlooking the water and made for a great place to unwind. There is also a pool just below where I went for an afternoon float on several occasions. The beach is a five minute drive. There are some nice restaurants there but I mainly ate in. The condo had everything I needed to cook. Rooms were nicely furnished too and I slept great. I would definitely recommend this place for vacation!
