Welcome to Golden View in Joshua Tree, a revitalized desert home with cozy modern aesthetics & panoramic mountain views.

This fully fenced property is the perfect escape to embrace peaceful desert living. Watch the sunrise while perched on our swing chairs and stargaze on hammocks at night. Enjoy a round of bocce ball, gather around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, or retreat indoors for movie night.
This is the place to unwind, relax, and reset.

Our desert home is equipped with all of the necessary modern amenities, include fast wifi, mini-split ductless AC/heating units in each bedroom and common spaces, open kitchen and dining nook, game room with air hockey table, 55-inch tv. The backyard features the bocce ball court, hot tub for up to six, 3 hammocks, 2 swing chairs overlooking the valley, propane fire pit, and an outdoor dining area under a covered patio.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home is most comfortable for 4 people depending on your sleeping and bathing needs but still able to accommodate for 2 additional guests (spare twin beds located in game room).

Bedroom 1 includes a Queen bed with an adjacent bathroom. Bathroom is not accessible from within bedroom.

Bedroom 2 is the master which includes a Queen bed and attached bathroom with bathtub (great for young children). Bedroom also has larger closet space with additional dresser.

The game room features a day bed that pulls out into 2 twin beds. Both mattresses are 8 inches thick.

-- Neighborhood
This home is located in North Joshua Tree. The main road from 29 Palms Highway is completely paved. There is a small stretch of flat dirt road that leads to the property (less than 1 minute drive). Does not require a 4-wheel drive vehicle.

-- Parking
There is space carved out in front of the house to accommodate up to 2 cars. Please do not park outside of the property. Street parking is not allowed.

-- Game Room
Included are air hockey table, 55-inch Smart TV, jumbo connect four.

-- Smart TV
Smart TV in living room and game room can both be connected to your streaming subscriptions.

-- No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including E-cig) is NOT allowed indoors.

-- Pets
Only 1 approved pet is allowed (must pay security deposit and pet cleaning fee) prior to check in.

Guests have full access to the entire property (minus the storage sheds and trailer). You will be given your own private keyless entry code so you can check in and checkout at your convenience.
