Welcome to Poolside Ridge Cabin by Little Pine Properties! This family-friendly home in Mineral Bluff, GA is the perfect home for your next vacation. With a saltwater heated pool (mid -April to mid-October) , hot tub, fire pit, and basketball court, this cabin is ideal for splashing around and having fun with your loved ones. Just remember to bring your own basketballs and pool noodles!

This cabin offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom suite on the main floor features a king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen and dining room table with seating for 6 provide everything you need to make a family meal, and the living room is perfect for movie or game night. All TVs are smart TVs with Rokus, so you can log in and watch your favorite shows.

Enjoy the seasonal mountain views from the covered porch off the living room, and bring your furry friends along for the trip with an additional pet fee of $100. We have easy check-in and check-out procedures, and there's no need to worry about a long list of chores – just run the dishwasher and place trash in the outside bins.

Please note that the driveway to the cabin is steep and could be difficult in times of snow, and there may be some road noise from the nearby Mineral Bluff highway. We do have neighbors on all sides of the property, so please be courteous with noise levels. We also have chickens who may wander into the yard, so kindly tell them to go back home if they do.

The heated pool is open year-round, but our swim season is typically late April thru October, we cannot guarantee this because it is weather dependent. The pool depth is deepest at 4.5 feet and 3.5 feet in the shallower end near the entry steps, and the pool size is approximately 18 feet by 6 feet. Please bring your own pool toys to enjoy. We suggest obtaining traveler's insurance if you're concerned about weather conditions, as no refunds can be given in the event of inclement weather.

Poolside Ridge Cabin is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from McCaysville, GA, and Copperhill, TN, and less than 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. The north GA mountains are a great place to explore, with numerous hiking trails and waterfalls to discover. Don't miss our favorite restaurants in the area, such as Black Sheep and Harvest on Main (reservations highly encouraged) in Blue Ridge and Burra Burra in McCaysville, which offers a great outdoor patio area on the Toccoa river. POOL FAQ!
***The heated pool which is open year round but the heater cannot operate if it is below 50 degrees outside, so our typical swim season is Late April thru October but this is weather dependent. The pool heater shuts off in the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. We do suggest obtaining travelers insurance if you concerned about weather impacting your trip as no refunds can be giving in the event of poor or cold weather conditions.
*** The water level needs to be at the level above the skimmers or it will not filter or heat properly. If the water level is low please let me know!

*** The pool is open so leaves, debris and bugs may be in the pool. You can use the net to scoop out debris and can also run the pool robot that helps pick debris off the bottom of the pool
*** Our Pool is serviced and cleaned weekly, give them a wave if you see them on the property. They often come on Thursdays or Fridays
*** Our lawn maintenance crew also comes bi-weekly on days that are weather dependent

HOT TUB FAQ:
*** The hot tub may be still re-heating if it was drained and sanitized between a previous guest and your stay. It does take a few hours to rewarm.
