Welcome to our Home! Great for a staycation, working-from-home, and/or friends/families. We’re top rated in cleaning and you will feel comfortable knowing that due to this pandemic, we are taking extra care to disinfect and sanitize frequently touched surfaces and follow the CDC procedures. No human interaction is needed for check in. We are here to provide and facilitate you in any way to ensure you have the best stay in Boston! Rent the entire condo that has been carefully decorated so that you feel right at home! Our goal is to promote happiness, comfort and joy. Not only are we here to provide you with a place to stay but we are also here to provide guidance in any way we can to ensure our guests have a memorable and fun stay in Boston.

Something about us; I am a system analyst my wife is a relationship manager. We have 3 children love to travel and entertain guest, family and friends. During our travels we have always enjoyed meeting new people, sharing travel ideas and places to visit!

If you are visiting family, one of the many colleges in the area or simply getting away for a few days we would love to host you!!!

This was a perfect home for our family gathering. Our grandson loved being so close to the “choo choos”.The house is very spacious and well equipped.

House was really nice inside. Outside was dilapidated, depressed, etc. Fine for a group of adult friends but I’d think twice about young kids. We left fifteen minutes after arrival and made other accommodations. Messaged the host and never got a reply.

The house worked out perfect for our family. It is hard to find something for a lot of people and a wide range of ages. Our hosts were very responsive when we had a question or needed something. The only down side was that there was nothing to walk to. We had small children and there was not a park or an area we could stroll with them.

Visit to see Boston Marathon

Our family traveled from all over to watch a family member run the marathon. We loved this rental! It provided a lovely place to hangout at the end of the day and was conveniently located to the train. Great hosts!

Clean and Tidy and Convenient for Red Line

Kevin’s communication before and during our stay was excellent and we felt like valued guests. The property was a great size for our family of 6 adults and had everything we needed. The proximity to the Red Line made this a good base from which to explore Boston easily. Target/convenience stores nearby stocked everything required for a short stay.

Weekend Boston Stay

Our weekend here was great! There are a few things I wish I would have known about sooner (such as more details about the neighborhood and surrounding areas.) The walk to the T is SO easy (this isn't our first time in Boston, so using the trains is our preferred method to travel) but it did feel a little unsafe at times. The size of the condo was great, but the bathroom in one of the rooms made it a little hard to use among 8 people. The hosts were very responsive though, and I was appreciative for that! (One night we had to ask about the upstairs neighbors.) Others have mentioned the train noises but that didn't seem to bother us much.

Great Stay!

Overall, the stay was excellent! Very clean and spacious enough to accommodate 5 people. Had plenty of cookware! Comfortable beds and an easy check in and out. Easy communication with the owners. Convenient location by the train, but with that came some interesting encounters. Things to note : Only provided with 1 towel per person (if you have the max amount of people). We were able to make it work with 5, but wished there were more towels. The location is a bit scary. Walking to target after dark is not recommended. We were harassed once and decided to only go during the day for anything else we needed. The upstairs tenants will be heard LOUD and CLEAR. So, keep that in mind.

Perfect House for our Group

This house accommodated us perfectly. It was very clean and well kept. The check-in/out process were very easy. The location was a little rough. While the Target nearby was convenient, we opted to go to a different Target for obvious reasons. The only other issue we had was that one of the rooms had only one working outlet. Other than that, we are very happy with our stay.

Family Trip

Location of the train stop is close. Area has lots of vagrants around target and DG close to the home. Mattresses and pillows need upgrade.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a couple days prior to our cruise at Boston. We wanted to see a Boston Red Sox game and tour of the city. The metro is right next to the VRBO… so we could easily get anywhere we wanted. There is a target right around the corner for grocery shopping for breakfast supplies. Should we come back To Boston… We would definitely stay here again.

Easy stay and clear instructions

The pictures of the property are accurate. It was spacious and comfortable for our 2 families of 8 people total. The T is literally behind the property which is convenient but if you are a light sleeper, you can here the trains. The neighborhood is not what we expected not being familiar with the outer Boston area but we discovered a great Vietnamese restaurant, a local cafe and a Target all walking distance. Checking in was easy. All basic amenities were provided. Laundry machine was great.

Comfortable stay outside of Boston

Everything was clean and all the amenities covered in the cute townhouse! I did not do as much research as I should have into neighborhoods / areas, as most of my events were downtown or in north Boston, but ride share services were plentiful and not too expensive. Thanks for a great stay for our group!

GREAT property for a large group

The space was very large, clean and well stocked. We had a great time with our five grown children. There were beds enough for a few more. It is a 50 min ride from the airport on the T and 20-30 to the Commons, so when we were gone for the day, there was no returning for naps. Otherwise, very pleasant. Kevin was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in.

Convenient and Comfortable

The location of this VRBO to public transport is hard to beat. That was a priority for us since we didn’t have a vehicle of our own. The house was clean and comfortable. I don’t think I’d have wanted to try the location and public transportation commute with small children, but for our party it was perfect. We spent the day sightseeing and had a comfortable landing pad in the evening. The neighborhood offers some great Vietnamese food options and a Target around the corner. Kevin was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We didn’t have any additional needs, but I have no doubt he would have been very responsive if we had.

Great Spring Break Stay

Our family of five had a great experience in this spacious, comfortable condo. Clean and well-outfitted, the condo had everything we needed, including very convenient parking. Kevin is friendly and super-responsive to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend if you’re traveling to the Boston area.

A great stay!

Kevin's home was a great place for a quick getaway with friends! A very quick walk to the T (which is right behind the home but not noisy at all). The house had more than enough room for our group of 10. Kevin was very responsive and a great host. Would stay again!
