Conveniently located with quick access to many attractions in both Sebastian and Vero Beach. Located 5 miles from downtown Sebastian, 12 miles from downtown Vero Beach & a short 15-minute drive to the ocean.

Relax, unwind, and enjoy Sebastian in this 3-bed / 2-bath home away from home. Two memory foam king beds, two memory foam full beds, and a spacious couch provide ample accommodations for up to 9 guests. The breakfast nook and living room both feature sliding patio doors opening up to the screened-in patio and pool.

The cozy living room allows easy entertainment for the whole family (or two families!) featuring a 65” 4K smart TV with access to Xfinity cable, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and other on demand options. Pull out the variety of family board games for an afternoon of laughs, competitive spirits, and memories being made. Games provided include Monopoly, Sorry!, Pictionary, Clue, Yahtzee, Blokus, Candy Land, SkipBo, Uno, Go Fish, and deck of cards.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new black stainless appliances, cookware, basic spices, plates/bowls, drinkware, and silverware. Feel right at home fixing a quick breakfast or preparing a full course meal. A coffee maker (K-cup, single brew, or entire pot capabilities), blender and toaster round out the kitchen necessities. The BBQ grill is meant for whipping up an enjoyable dinner outside by the pool when you and your family/friends aren't ready to come inside for the day. Wind down one evening with a family movie and popcorn using the popcorn popper.

The spacious master suite boasts a 55” 4K smart TV and features an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool patio.

Craving a day of relaxation? You don’t even have to leave! This bright and airy home gives you the opportunity to comfortably lay around the house or soak up the Florida sunshine lounging by the pool. The lanai and mature landscaping encompass the pool patio to allow for privacy. Read a book, enjoy a glass of wine, or listen to your favorite tunes on the available portable bluetooth speaker.

Close recreational activities include Sebastian Inlet, Pelican Island, a variety of beautiful beaches, and many activities for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy!

We have a strict no pets policy along with an age requirement of 25 years or older to book. There are no exceptions to these policies.

We strive to ensure every guest is coming into a clean environment. Our extensive cleaning protocols extend to all areas of the home.

Guest have full, private access to the home and all the amenities, which include:

- High Speed WiFi
- Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Xfinity cable
- Family board games
- Bluetooth portable speaker (to be used at an acceptable noise level)
