Second bedroom has a king bed. Third bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite half bath. Fourth bedroom is the "kids bedroom" with a twin, and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom.
There is also a pullout bed in the back rec room with an additonal half bath. Hall bath has double vanity and a seperate shower/toilet. Total: 4 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths inside. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. Three televisions; one in the master, one in the front living room and back rec room. Prestigious Gold Coast location (27th) Outside shower room and toilet for easy beach access. Outdoor furniture on the front covered porch. There is also a small back deck. There are guarded beaches at 26th and 28th street. ONLY 3 BLOCKS FROM THE BOARDWALK WITH SIDEWALKS FOR EASY ACCESSIBILITY BY BIKE OR ON FOOT! Ocean City has a fabulous bike trail, The Boardwalk will thrill. It features the Music Pier with first-rate shows that you find online. Historic Cape May and Atlantic City close by. This vacation home is three short blocks to the boardwalk and only one block from Kessel's Korner. Kessel's is the famous ice cream and Hamberger restaurant, written up in Philadelphia Magazine. We are directly on a beautiful street with sidewalks, the front of the home is directly on the beach. We offer 5 beach tags. Tenant provides bed linens, towels, and beach towels. 'Bike the Boards' every morning. Easy access on and off the island: Only one mile to the 34th street bridge. Tenant is required to sign a lease. Will send the lease after your first deposit.
