Welcome to "Palm Paradise" this Blue Mountain Beach beauty is open and airy, 4 bedroom, modern 2-story home is located at the end of Dune Side... a quaint, peaceful, palm-lined street. This home is perfect for a family vacation and accommodates up to 12 people comfortably (9 of which can be adults)
All furnishings are updated with design and comfort in mind. With tons of natural light, the space is decorated with natural hues and accents of blue... all hard flooring (no carpet) and high 10' ceilings throughout make this 2,400 sq ft home feel even bigger.
Palm Paradise boasts TWO Master bedrooms, (one on the lower level and one upstairs) both of which have comfortable KING beds. The guest room has a comfy Queen bed and a hanging nook chair perfect for reading), Lastly the BUNK ROOM has twin/twin and queen/queen bunks! The upstairs master has a private screened in porch with a swing and chairs overlooking the backyard oasis and pool! All bedrooms have smart TVs and ceiling fans and USP ports for convenience. The kitchen is a chef's dream featuring dining seating for 6 and additional bar seating for 4 at the over-sized island. The kitchen is open to the living area so you can all gather comfortably. We also provide some of our favorite board games for you to enjoy during your vacation!
The absolute best part of Palm Paradise is the gorgeous backyard oasis featuring a 10x20 PRIVATE, pool (can be heated during off-season for daily fee) The porch area is so inviting with party lights, built-in speakers and has a dining table (seating for 6), two adirondack chairs overlooking the pool and 4 sun bathing lounge chairs on the pool deck. If you don't feel like cooking inside, use the gas grill in out gated backyard!
The closest public beach access (with restrooms) is a quick 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive)
Palm Paradise is within walking distance of several local favorites, including Blue Mabel, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery and the new location of the Cowgirl Kitchen!
