Water view and renovated

Calm cool beach tones with a mix of modern and coastal decor with water views from nearly every room, you can’t help but relax as soon as you step inside. The home is fully equipped to host long or short term guests. Nestled in a quiet cul de sac, we are conveniently located just a few miles from FIT, downtown Melbourne, a 10 minute drive to the beach and about an hour away from the the attractions of Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center.

The home is located near FIT, downtown Melbourne, shopping in Palm Bay, just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of the space coast and an hour away from the attractions of Orlando as well as the Kennedy Space Center. It has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and appliances. The bathrooms were also partially renovated. New linens and towels as well as allergy covers on all the mattresses and pillows will set your mind at ease. Large closets in every bedroom as well as a 2 car garage will accommodate any amount of luggage you may bring!

The house, garage and yard are available to my guests.

We were here for a girl's weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed and then some. We were close to everything and appreciated being on a quiet cul de sac. This will be our first choice for future visits. Thank you very much!

Lovely visit and comfortable

We stayed with my son, his wife and granddaughter. The 5 of us enjoyed the clean, well-maintained house. Checking in and out was seamless and the host was responsive and communicated effectively. If in town we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Comfortable and close location to Florida Tech

We stayed at this location as we were moving my son into Florida Tech for his Senior year. The home was clean and comfortable and on a quiet street. Definately enjoyed or stay and would recommend.

Nice House with a great location

Over the stay we had was great the location is fantastic and the description is as stated. Unfortunately there were some issues with the cleaning service that was supposed to come in and the owner was away so we had to buy our own sheets. Otherwise had a fantastic time and would stay there again.

No lawn chairs.No handicap bars in bathroom or shower.Small black ants in kitchen and on countertop.Nice patio & table to play cards. Nice king size bed. Clean house.No way to contact host, host didn’t communicate with us anytime we were there.

Disappointed

Arrived and the e blind was broken. Difficulty opening the screen door. Walked in, baseboards dirty, air vents lots of dust, oven dirty, refrigerator with crumbs in it, shower curtain and window seals dirty. Floors needed cleaning, crumbs on floor near dishwasher, said the garage was available, it needed sweeping, a safety hazard: paint sitting next to the hot water heater.

I’m sorry you were disappointed. I offered to send my cleaning crew back immediately to address the issues you found. I have high standards and they did not meet them but you did not give me an opportunity to fix them. I ended up going back the next day and cleaning the issues you said you and it took only 10 minutes. The blind is not broken per se, one part of of one slat is but I simply put it back together. There are also blackout curtains as well as blinds. It is a great value but not everything is brand new in the house. I’m sorry I was not able to meet your expectations. My cleaning crew has been notified of the issues and I hope tese issues will not happen again.

Cleanest VRBO I have stayed in

I have stayed in at least 8 VRBO homes so far and this was the cleanest place we have had. I am picky about cleanliness. The fan in the bedroom could use dusted, but that is the only thing I noticed. The beds were comfortable. There was 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for us. The only issue we had was the toaster is broken. I meant to text the owner about it. But we were so busy the entire time, I forgot. I ended up toasting our bagels in the oven. But other than that, we had great stay. I would definitely rent this place again!

Thanks for the great review! I pride myself on cleanliness and even though the furniture isnt new, I steam clean the couches and rugs regularly. I didn’t know about the toaster, those things seem to have a short lifespan. I think I replace it once or twice a year! I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

Best trip ever

I was worried the trip would be bad but when we walked in,the house was laid out so nicely and felt like home, all worries washed away. The lake in the back was so relaxing. (I became pals with the turtles) We didn't do much on our vacation but I can honestly say this was the best trip ever. The area was convenient to everything and quite. Definitely a return visit in the future.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a work trip for us, but we were still able to enjoy the beach since it was close. Master bed was SO comfy, and everything was super clean. Will be back!!
