Breeze’s 7 bedrooms (with 5 king rooms...including 2 king ensuites on the first floor) sleep a whopping 26 people.

Destin’s largest public beach is less than 2 minutes away in Breeze’s brand new 6 seat golf cart.

Or, choose any of the six neighborhood beaches of Crystal Beach that are only 2 blocks from Breeze’s front door.

These neighborhood beaches have the same amount of wide, white, sugar sand beaches as our nearby public beaches. But, most neighborhood beach accesses offer little if any parking for cars...which means that they are only practical for visitors who are staying in the neighborhood. The result? Breeze’s Guests have awesome, easy beach access...without all of the not-so-awesome crowds.

After spending the day hitting the surf, cool off in Breeze’s full-sized pool and large, fenced, private backyard...which is almost impossible to find in Destin.

Built in 2019, Breeze has it all...from its granite counters to its stainless appliances to its fully stocked kitchen to its premium bedding to its designer furnishings... has been curated for your comfort, convenience and enjoyment.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Breeze. Destin Commons, the area’s premiere shopping, entertainment and restaurant complex (complete with an Imax theater, a massive Bass Pro Shop, and plenty of fun and funky shops and restaurants) is right across the street from Breeze’s neighborhood.

Don’t want to spend half vacation time and too much of your money on toy rentals? No worries. Breeze has gotcha covered.

Paddleboarding is crazy-popular! So, we’ve included two inflatable paddleboards. (They’re more forgiving for beginners than hardboards, so you'll look like a pro within minutes.)

Use Breeze’s golf cart to haul the boards to the gulf. Or deflate them and take ‘em to nearby Crab Island, Destin Harbor, our bay beaches or further out to our natural springs.

Stocked with toys and a truly private pool that sleeps a ton of folks but is only a quick stroll to the less-crowed sugar sand beaches is a tough find. If Breeze checks all of your boxes, you may want to reserve your preferred dates soon, as openings for this property never last long!

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property has one security camera that faces the driveway. The camera is only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that is publicly visible anyway). There are no other cameras on the property

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
