A magnificent 300sqm rustic mansion with ample spaces, verandas, terraces, 33sec from the sea! Our beautiful traditional mansion is a home emerged in the typical Evian nature. Nearby you can find traditional villages, amazing beaches, great taverns and routes. House is fully equipped with washer, a/c, wifi and all essentials. Able to accommodate up to 11 persons in five spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two lounge areas.

It took the owners sometime to renovate the house with respect to its special characteristics. Evia is an island that few visit and never come back. Wild but sweet. Rough but gentle. Dry and Green.
Our home, Sonia Rustic Mansion is surrounded by pine trees and offers spacious terraces, garden plus private balconies.

• Bedrooms / Beds
There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom two has three single beds. Bedroom three, Bedroom four and five have each two single beds. Total one queen size and nine single beds.

• Bathroom
There are three bathrooms with traditional touches with white sink, toilet, and bathtub. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.

• Kitchen
A cozy small kitchen equipped with all essentials and needed equipment in order to prepare any meal you feel like cooking is located at the ground floor, next to the main entrance of the house. Custom made seating surfaces surround the back stone built wall which is decorated with traditional heirlooms and artefacts.

• Outdoors and Terraces
There are three terraces at the house that surround the upper floor. The first level terrace has the custom made, stone built, fully functional barbecue and outside bar.

The materials and fabrics that we have used are all made into textiles on traditional looms.

The house is situated just 1h30min away from Athens' airport. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Athens city center but also be next to the beach offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

Agioi Apostoloi is a beautiful and popular coastal town only 5min drive and it has all kinds of shops and services such as minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and a wide choice of cafes and restaurants.
Right opposite to our place, within 2min walk, you will find a beach bar, and of course a very nice taverna.

Or place, takes benefit of each location, as it is 5min from Liani Ammos beach, 10min drive from Cheromylos beach, Kalamos 10min.
Kimi is only 40min drive and Karistos around 1h.
Aliveri is only 15min drive and you will also find many shops, supermarkets and tavernas there.
