Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Right on the beautiful water of Discovery Bay with gorgeous views.

This space is perfect for a family trip, weekend getaway, or WFH (additional work space with best access to Wi-Fi for strongest connectivity) with three rooms a spacious living room with an 86” tv for movie nights, dining room seating six and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow for gorgeous views from common areas. This home also offers a private deck (with a built in jacuzzi, lots of seating and outdoor dining area) the private dock is gated to keep little ones safe. There is a paddle boat available for your use as well! (comfortably seats 2 adults and 2 children). Lots of amenities- including extra dock space for a boat! Sunsets best viewed from the newly added in-deck spa 🌅

Checkin was easy. Location was great. Master bed was comfortable. Hot tub was a nice benefit. Layout of master bathroom is odd. Twin bed mattresses are for children, not adults. Strange sewer smell randomly wafts through the house.

The property allowed our family members who live near by to come and visit and share Thanksgiving with us. We enjoyed the hot tub though it would only get to 94 degrees which a little hotter would be ideal. Alex was a great host and very responsive to all of our needs.

Great place, gorgeous view, and an outstanding host

The house was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. The deck and view was excellent. We were very happy with our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative. Couldn't be happier. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Stay on the Water in Discovery Bay!

Our stay at this beautiful rental house in Discovery Bay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning waterfront views and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway.One of the highlights was spending time on the deck, enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water

A Wonderful Girls Retreat

This is a beautiful property right on the water in Discovery Bay. Gorgous view, clean, updated, with a large area in which to chat, visit, play cards, whil enjoying the general ambience. Discovery Bay Gem

We had a fabulous time at this property for our girls weekend. The check in process was easy and the host responded to any questions we had. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the patio while sitting on the hot tub. Defiantly met all of our expectations. Would love to book this property in the summer.

Good but few things need some improvement

Overall, good property, a bit dated inside, but good location and the deck. A gas fire pit on the deck would be good. A couple of kayaks too. The pedal boats were filled with rain water, need drainage and cleanup. Dishwasher detergent was missing, so bring own, plus black pepper.

Waterfront Haven Home - A Perfect Getaway

I recently stayed at the Waterfront Haven Home in Discovery Bay and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the water. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy views of the water from the dining room and kitchen. The living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of playing on the water. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We loved spending our days swimming, paddle boarding and enjoying the hot tub on the deck. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer our questions. I would highly recommend the Waterfront Haven Home to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Discovery Bay.

over all stay

so i have a few things i would like to write about. first off the inside of the house was so nice and clean. great job to the cleaners. for the deck portion of the house i give a 1. this is due to the spa being dirty. we as a group cleaned it all up before entering it. lastly the SPIDERS/SPIDER WEBS. it took me personally 3 hours of my time to go around and sweep the spiders webs off the railing, plants, sitting areas. then i hosed the whole patio down. i did not mind doing it cause i wanted to make sure the females in the parties felt comfortable when sitting outside/ in the spa. other than that great place. i pulled my boat up to the docks had plenty of room for it. had a great time.

Discovery Bay Vacatiom

The place meet our needs in so many ways. We fish, admire the view in the back of the house and enjoyed our time together throughout de day. Cleaning could be improved, especially on carpet. The only area we had some difficulties was in adjusting the air conditioning temperature - as we were outside most of the day, visiting San Francisco and other locations…When we got back, we always found the Nest thermostat set to 75 degrees or higher. It took about 2 hours to bring the temperature down to a reasonable 70 - 71 degrees, for us to sleep comfortable. Sometimes, even when arriving in the house we set the Nest controller to lower temperatures, later on when we checked it we found it jumping again / being set at 75 or even 85 degrees. Most likely, a faulty controller. Other than this, again, we enjoyed our stay so very much: thank you for your hospitality! ❤️🙏🇺🇸

Nice house, nice view, nice location. Property manager was quick to reply when contacted. Listing inaccuracies:-No 2-to-4-person paddleboat. (Big disappointment.)-The two twin beds weren't the typical length. (My friends are both about 5'5" tall and barely fit.)- No rugs in the living room, though shown in the listing's photos. This made it quite echoey.The main reason I wouldn't rent this particular house again: Lack of privacy in the master bedroom. Its door is glass. And the open concept bathroom didn't have a separate door for the toilet. So the toilet and the bath tub/shower were in the same room as the bed. Not every couple would mind this, but I'm mentioning it because I did. Also, you had to remember to lower the shade on the big window before taking a shower or anyone on the deck by or in the hot tub would be able to see you.Nice enough place, but enough quirks and disappointments that I wouldn't book it again.

Waterfront haven defiantly justified its name! What an amazing stay. Will defiantly be back soon! Where do I begin… this Villa by the water is magical. It’s extremely close to the Bay Area and the view from the jacuzzi is pretty unbeatable. It’s a unique romantic place well worth the money. Thanks Alex

The water access can’t be beat! It’s fun for the whole family, close to the fast water for boating, great fishing and swimming. There are a couple hidden beaches that are accessible by boat only that is perfect for spending time with the family.
