Peaceful & elegant 4 bedroom 1936 Queen Anne home is walking to distance downtown where you will find restaurants, parks, shopping, movie theater & seasonal farmer's market.

This home includes a beautifully renovated kitchen with two full size fridges, pantry, a wine bar, wood burning fire place, large smartTV, spacious yard with play structure, and sleeping for up to 8.

Please contact us if Airbnb's algorithms won't let you book, they are trying to avoid parties. We have a way around it.

Extra Services to Enhance Your Stay

We love making your visit effortless and memorable. Choose from convenient add-ons like a stocked fridge on arrival—simply choose your groceries and we’ll have everything ready when you walk in. For families, we offer baby gear rentals including car seats, strollers, and monitors. Guests can also request coolers, umbrellas, pet-friendly baskets, or thoughtful welcome touches like wine & cheese or romance packages. If there’s something special you need, just ask—we’re happy to help customize your stay.

You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

Downstairs you will find:

-Master suite with a king bed with attached remodelled luxurious spa like bathroom, including cast iron tub, rain shower, double vanity, & heated floors.

-Large well appointed dining and kitchen area include everything you need to prepare meals for a party of 8, including a wine bar, two full size fridge/freezers, pantry, gas stove/oven, 8 person dining table,

-A spacious living room with wood burning fire place and large SmartTV with streaming ability.

-1/2 bathroom

- Laundry room with washer & dryer (laundry soap, bleach & dryer sheets are included) Iron & Ironing Board.

- Off the kitchen/dining room is access to the fully fenced yard, which includes a charcoal grill, outdoor dining table with umbrella, & a play structure.

Upstairs includes:

-Full bathroom with tub/shower

-Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom

-Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom

-Bedroom 4: Twin bed with pullout twin trundle bed

Pets are allowed but must be disclosed & approved.

Lovely House

This is a great place for a larger family to enjoy all that Medford has to offer. It is very cute and well appointed, with enclosed backyard, so perfect for a little pet (we had a Boston terrier). It is centrally located, but quiet.The owner is very responsive and check in/out was seamless.

Lovely house, great location

This charming home was spacious and accommodating for six adults and two dogs. Large kitchen and dining area was great for catching up at our small family reunion. The location was a nice walk away from a park for the dogs and only a short drive to good food and shopping.

One of the best places we stayed

This property was incredible. Truly a hidden gem We just stopped for the night, but we enjoyed grabbing a few drinks and food from the nearby restaurants and breweries, and returned to watch our kids wear themselves out on the play structure in the backyard. We'll definitely be returning.

A wonderful time at your lovely, beautifully updated home! Extremely comfortable, clean, roomy. Outstanding communication with hosts, who were very solicitous of our comfort. Great backyard for our little dog and us with patio table when weather permitted. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend this home!!!

Wonderful!

The house clearly had somebody who loves it spend a lot of time preparing for guests! Great family friendly home and included games, kitchen necessities and a huge fridge (and a wine fridge,too)! We would love to be a guest again!! Visited Crater Lake, Ashland, Medford wine tasting and a Rogues baseball game!

Very Comfortable

We stayed here for a late Christmas Celebration, while we were not in the house very much except for sleeping and showering it was so nice to come back to each night. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets on the main bedroom were very soft. The master bath was very lovely (wish I had had the opportunity to soak in the tub) the shower was great. The kitchen was very lovely and again wish I had had more opportunity to use it, but we spent the majority of our time at our kid's house. Would definitely stay in this house again and would recommend it for sure.
