You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

Laundry is shared with the tenants in the attached back studio apartment . No other spaces on the property or house are shared, all other areas of the home are private, including the front & back yards, driveway parking, entrance, and heating, A/c.

- Check-in 4pm - Check-out 10am ( early check in or late check out can sometimes be arranged - After booking, please use your Digital Keycard to request it.

- Quiet Hours 10pm - 9am - Laundry hours 9am-10pm

-The hot tub in the back yard is under maintenance/repair and is not part of the rental, it is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use

-We do allow pets, although all common areas are hard flooring, the bedrooms have carpet. If you have pet allergies, this may not be best suited for you.



There is a bus stop within walking distance, great walking/biking neighborhood, Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are readily available.
