NEW Townhome - Pet Friendly - 3 BD - 30 Minutes from Adventure

Welcome to North Ogden! One of the best kept secrets in Utah. If you are here for adventure, you are at the right place. Our short-term rental is located just 20 minutes from ski resorts, two different lakes, and five minutes from pristine mountain biking trails that people come from all over the country to try out. Are you hear for a livestock event? We are ten minutes from the Golden Spike Arena.

Make yourself at home in this modern-farmhouse style townhome. Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a pull out couch offer PLENTY of space for your group. Enjoy a two car garage to park or store all your toys.

Almost every bedroom has a roku TV for access to all your favorite platforms. We offer brand new linens in every room and UGG bedding in the primary bedroom (which has a spacious off-suite by the way).

Do you travel with your dog? No problem! Dogs 50 lbs and under are more than welcome on the main floor (we even have amenities for them!)

Enjoy our fully stocked space- coffee and tea at your disposal. All the small appliances you’ll need for cooking and even sippy cups and a pack and play for the kids. We’ve tried to think of everything, so you don’t have to!

Great place. Host was very helpful. Everything was clean and in order. Someone even sketched a cute "welcome" into the blanket at the foot of the master bed. We had a short overnight stay, so didn't experience much of the area, but it felt safe and was quiet.

Great Spot for Pow Mow and Snow Basin

40 minute or less drive to skiing, garage, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Book it.

Great place and location

It was very nice and clean. New build. Great area, close to a lot of grocery stores and food places. 30 minutes to the mountain. Neighborhood was quiet and nice.

North Ogden Townhome

This was the perfect fit for our family on our weekend trip. No issues at all, especially liked that we could park in the garage. Again it was perfect.

Comfortable Stay

The town house is new and we’ll appointed. Alex was very responsive, answering the few questions we had, and granting us a late check out. Very happy with the streaming services as well, which were the best we have encountered yet in a rental.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This condo was very clean, comfortable, nice amenities and had essentially everything that we would have needed for our stay. Host also reached out a few times to make sure all was well with our stay. No complaints, just as expected based on the listing and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Was also dog friendly which was nice but we didn’t end up bringing our dog. Highly recommend.

Convenient and Comfortable Stop on Our Trip

The townhouse was a great place to take a break on our road trip and get a good night's rest with two young children. It was clean and comfortable. Communication from the host and the check-in process were a breeze. The location was convenient - not too far off the beaten path, but still quiet; and near ample food options. The only complaint was the advertised baby gate was substandard considering the staircase. We would stay again.

The house had a smell ....like the outside garbage. It was clean and I couldn’t find where the smell was coming from. There was garbage IN The trash container in the garage. Beds. Were wonderful!! We didn’t receive information on how to get into the house and could not get hold of owner so we slept in hotel first night, The owner paid for our expense. It was a very nice place and convenient for our visit.

The Small Things

Overall: Location worked well for a short family vacation, great check in instructions from the host, overall we are satisfied with our stay. Pros: Spacious Bedrooms/Beds Location Friendly Neighbors Great internet Comfortable beds Plenty of towels and extra bedding Cons: Non-working freezer/ice maker section of fridge Cleanliness-very dirty under couch, found two pair of dirty socks under couch after dropping the remote and looking for it. Bathrooms/showers appeared to be just wiped down versus cleaned. Dirty dishes in cupboard and crumbs on counter.

Clean and Excellent Location

We had to drive to the Dee Events Center 3 days in a row and it was much better driving from North Ogden then it was from the south. The town house was very clean and almost brand new. It was very central to the places we needed to go and easy to find if you used the car was location. I did have to take my mother in law to shower at my cousins house because there’s no shower on the main floor and she couldn’t do the stairs. It doesn’t affect our 5 star review though. I stayed in the main room and it was really big and beautiful and had a nice bathroom/closet. I appreciate a large bathroom counter to get ready in the morning. Thanks Alex!

Not clean up on arrival

Overall stay was good but upon arrival the place had not been cleaned. They said it was a miscommunication on the cleaners end. Our kids didn't get to sleep till after 10 because the cleaners wer e cleaning the place.

Super courteous and clean

It was difficult to find the property because it's brand new and my GPS did not have it but the owner had left some good instructions. One thing is I wish I had known that the property had such steep stairs to the bedrooms. If I had brought some of my family that could have come they would never have been able to climb those stairs. The other thing is I know that it's new and there is some construction thinks that still need to be worked on. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder was not properly anchored when it was built and had been torn loose when we got there. There were some strange items parentheses like nasal spray in the pantry that was a little weird otherwise it was wonderful!that was not great

Great Location in Beautiful North Ogden

My husband and I are from the area and now live out of state. We came down to visit family with our 3 young children and this home was a great home base in between visits. The community it is in was very quiet. With it being a town home surround by other town homes we really didn't have an issue with noise. It was the perfect amount of space for our little family. The beds in the Master and other bedroom with the one bed were very comfortable. My husband is picky with his mattresses and he enjoyed, what seemed to be a tempur-pedic mattress, which is what was in the other room as well. The bunk beds weren't quit as comfortable. We didn't do any cooking there but as far as beds and baths it had everything we needed. It even has a nice washer and dryer if needed. The house had a nice smell, but the reason why I would give this property 4 instead of 5 stars is because it could have been cleaner. I think whoever is in charge of cleaning and changing sheets could have done a better job of paying a little more attention to detail. One of the beds had a stain on the sheets and the other 3 beds had fitted sheets on them but no top sheets. Not a big deal, but like a said a little more thorough cleaning job and more attention to details would go a long way.
