The Americana is 100 years old! In celebration of its 100 years, The Americana has reduced their nightly rate! If you like to experience true vintage, this cozy home built in 1923 is the perfect getaway. You will feel like you walked into the 30's! The exceptions: Wireless internet, remodeled new bathrooms, smart TV's in bedrooms and family room, and all new appliances in kitchen. The quiet backyard feels like the Secret Garden with chaise lounges to laze around and get that beautiful tan and a cozy outdoor dining area, perfect for that picnic meal. Great location to experience all the award winning local wineries. Don't feel like cooking? The Americana is only 4 blocks to downtown Lodi. Walk to the local restaurants, movie theater, wine tasting and the small shopkeeper shops. Enjoy the special events at Hutchins Square - only 1 block away. Take a stroll and enjoy the serenity at Lodi Lake (only a little over a mile away). The Americana feels like a cozy home.

Beautiful home in great location.

This was our second stay at this property; we love it and always try to book it if available for trips to Lodi. The house is thoughtfully appointed; backyard is great; location is excellent. Just love this part of town and love this house!

Another great stay in Lodi

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at the Americana and we had a great time yet again. Very charming home, nicely furnished with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location to walk to downtown Lodi.

Adorable House in Small Town USA

The neighborhood and house exceeded our expectations. It was a great weekend getaway and I would recommend to friends and family. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfy.

Wine tour

The pictures are a true representation of the property. Within walking distance of a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. It was a very comfortable house and was very homey!! Would definitely stay again.

Wine Country Stay

A welcoming resident that provided comfort and convenience of home. Location was good for getting around the city and the neighbors were friendly. Not a lot of traffic and relatively quiet neighborhood.

Friendly clean home near downtown

No hastle from arrival to departure, Lodi is in the heart of great wine country without high prices. House is full of antiques and very quaint as well as clean.

Charming house in the heart of Lodi

We loved our stay as the house had the perfect mix of antiques and modern upgrades with wonderfully comfortable beds.. Several restaurants were within walking distance and wineries were just a short drive away. The best part was the box of delicious cookies from a local bakery that Anna left to celebrate my birthday!

Beautiful home in lovely Lodi!

My siblings and I stayed three nights and loved every moment. The house was just beautiful; modern bathrooms and updated kitchen, but wood floors, antique furnishings, and a lovely backyard made the stay comfortable. I definitely will rent this home again when I visit Lodi. Just exquisite.

A fantastic place in a great neighborhood

If you are looking for a unique & exquisite place to stay in Lodi, look no further! The house was beautiful & carries a certain charm that you can't find just anywhere. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown & the neighborhood itself is very walkable with lots of beautiful architecture to look at. Our Girlfriend’s Getaway

What a lovely and inviting home. Great decor and amenities with the added benefit of a nice backyard and patio. Make sure to take time to see all the beautiful homes in the area. We enjoyed sipping some of the local wine along with cheese from Cheese Central. A great place for a short or long stay. We will definitely come back!

Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. The outdoor areas front and back needed some cleaning but nothing that we couldn’t do ourselves. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Bit of a challenge navigating the upstairs with suitcases so may not be for everyone. Location and area is great and is walkable to old town.

Beautiful home

The house was lovely and exactly as described. We were, indeed able to walk to downtown to explore and dine. The back patio was perfect for evenings, it was shady and cool. The beds were very comfortable and the street quiet so we all slept very well and the house was very clean. No complaints at all.

Wonderful stay in Lodi

The home was newly rennovated, meticulously appointed and immaculately clean. It was on one of the main road in Lodi and within walking distance of the town center and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was also well stocked for our stay and made our visit truely enjoyable. We communicated with the owner several times and she responded promptly and she was a pleasure to work with arranging our visit. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

Absolutely wonderful!

If you want to stay in the charming town of Lodi, this is the place. Super clean and charming. Situated a few blocks from downtown in the most beautiful neighborhood. My 92 year old mother and I loved the Thursday famers market, restaurants and antique stores. Anna, out host was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Americana! You will not be dissapointed.
