This beautiful loft-style condo with stunning recent upgrades awaits you. Inside, you can enjoy this unique condo's bright and airy atmosphere. After a full day at the beach, spread out on the sofa and watch TV. Take advantage of the stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar seating. The space even has a breakfast nook by the window to enjoy coffee and nourishment before a fun day.

This area is so walkable that you might not even need your car for the trip. Explore downtown on foot and enjoy the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided.

Seasonal Parking: Guests can enjoy a dedicated, private parking space from May 1st through October 1st each year—perfect for stress-free summer arrivals.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A jewel in the heart of Rehobeth! Who knew that this treasure even existed? I’ve passed the area a thousand times, but had no idea this beautiful space was there! Clean, perfectly laid out, with everything we needed. Updated kitchen, large loft area overlooking the town, and beach, and an easy walking distance to everything. We’ll be back, for sure!

This is our fourth time staying at this property over the last nine years. We’ve tried other properties in Rehoboth and while some amenities were better, we missed 24 Rehoboth. My daughter says that it feels like we are at home when we go. I love that the kids were able to run around when they were little without worrying about downstairs neighbors. The kitchen is great for cooking, the loft area is awesome for people watching and staring at the ocean. Alison from Go Fish is awesome. Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Great Location

This is one of the coolest places I have stayed. My father-in-law and I came a long weekend and had a blast. Check-in was easy, house was clean, location fantastic. The space is very unique.

Perfect Location for Mother's Day Weekend Getaway

Location, Location, Location!!! Loved being steps from the beach with our 5 and 7 year-old. Funland around the corner! A quick scooter ride or walk to our favorite restaurants on Rehoboth Ave. The accommodations were clean, and we loved the breakfast loft with ocean views! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot in the middle of everything!

We stayed in this spacious condo for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small kids. It was close to everything - boardwalk, tree lighting/grand stand, shops and dining. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting in the loft area looking at the waves and watching the world go by while we played games and had great family quality time. We already booked again for next year!

Great location!

Location is amazing!! View from the upper level just beautiful!We had problems with the parking pass provided ( wasn’t anywhere in the rental) and location to park was challenging to find in the dark.Also check out is 10am and cleaning service arrived @ 9:20 and let themselves in. That was not ok!

A very nice place

The location could not be more convenient and even though the entrance is directly on Rehoboth Avenue, the bedrooms are at the back of the unit where it is quiet. The living spaces and kitchen were comfortable and well furnished/equipped. The bedrooms are small and the beds/pillows were fine, but not luxurious. The shower was hard to operate and had weak water pressure. but there was plenty of hot water. The management company was very easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a very nice place and we would stay there again.

A little bit of Paradise

We loved this rental. The location can't be beat. Sitting in the loft and watching the ocean was a dream. My only caution is that you can hear the exhaust fan from the downstairs restaurant in the Main Bedroom. However it shuts off at 9pm so doesn't interfere with sleep but may make napping a little difficult. The parking space was a great amenity. Parking is challenging.

Stay in a British phone booth was the vacay I did not know I needed.

Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth.

The condo smells like mold and has a centipede infestation. The shower and shower curtain were filled with black mildew. Anyone with respiratory issues should avoid this place.

Location, location, location…thus beachy flat was in close walking proximity to so many places to eat and things to do (including the beach)! The washer and dryer were state-of-the-art and having linens and stocked essentials was great! I wish we knew that the front door was a British telephone booth (we couldn’t find it at first!) but once inside—what a treasure! It’s quiet despite being on the main thoroughfare. The two beach chairs are on their ‘last leg’—we bought two more and donated it to the house. Loved this getaway so much. We’ll be back!

Great location

Rental is perfectly situated right in the action of the boardwalk. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The parking spot that is included with the unit is not close and you have to walk around the block to load/unload. Upon our arrival at checkin, we were informed that the cleaning crew had only just arrived at the unit (at 4pm) within 15 minutes they were done cleaning. We informed Vacasa that the unit was not in fact clean, the bathroom was filthy (including black mold all in the shower), couches/chairs were filled with crumbs and floors were dusty. Six days into our rental (with only one day left) the management company called and left a message at the end of day about sending back in cleaners the following day (the last day of our stay), I called the woman back and left a voicemail and never heard back.

Flying ants in the bedrooms

We walked into our rental to find a note from the prior renter that there were ants in the bedrooms and beds. Before bringing any of our belongings into the house, we checked and documented that the master bedroom window was covered in flying ants. We immediately notified the rental agency and left the property. We asked for an alternate property or a refund. However the agency, Vacasa, that is managing the property will only communicate with us via text and they have not provided any updates. We were forced to find a last minute hotel so that we would have a place to sleep the evening of our check in. Vacasa did not seem concerned about where we would stay since they did not follow-up with us that evening. Would not rent again and will avoid any properties managed by Vacasa.

If I may make comments on our experience with Vacasa… Instructions from your office regarding this rental were incomplete and confusing. We were originally never told to pick up the rental key at your office. I only found out when I contacted you and requested information regarding our arrival. Unclear instructions are where to leave soiled laundry. Rental info stated inside laundry company bags said to leave outside. When I contacted Vacasa no one could give me a straight answer but they said my inquiry would be noted in the file, to prevent a future charge. The unit stated that 4 beach chairs were included… only 2 were in the rental. Instructions regarding the guest tag parking were confusing. In general I was disappointed with the service we received from Vacasa. The unit has a great location no doubt, but it isn’t as spectacular as described. It needs many updates and repairs to the structure and some furniture, which is showing wear and tear. I found dirty pots, pans and dish ware so wherever I used any kitchen items I had to wash them first. Thank goodness we brought ALL of our own paper goods since there were absolutely NONE upon our arrival. I left basics for the next renter (toilet tissue, aper towels, etc.) out of courtesy. Great location but a little disappointed for the prime price we paid (almost $5,000) Regards, Elaine & David Brown Rental Unit: 24 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE June 25th - July 2nd.
