Welcome to our BEACH FRONT home! Our home accommodates 8 guests, including children ages 0-17. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

With its ocean front floor to ceiling 13th floor views, updated beach cottage style, and all the comforts of home; perfect view 1301 at the Caribbean Resort has everything you are looking for in a vacation getaway.

Take in the incredible emerald coast views from not only your spacious balcony, but also while relaxing in the living room and even while cooking fresh seafood in your fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances, sparkling quartz counter tops, and pretty back splash. But the amazing view doesn't stop there...Wake up in the morning to the breath-taking ocean views right outside your floor to ceiling master bedroom windows. In addition, the second master suite features its own balcony with views of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second master also has its own kitchenette and entrance/exit door to the outside hall.
PERFECT VIEW 1301 is not a rental property. It is our beach home and you are out guest! We want you to get away from from it all and MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME.

Everything about this experience was just perfection. The views are unmatched. The unit is clean and well stocked. We loved this area. It's right by a beautiful pier. There are plenty of places to eat nearby but not the over stimulating touristy places you see at the more popular beaches. However, those are a short drive away if you are wanting that also. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week

Property was in a great location, with a wonderful view and had everything we needed. Plenty of items for us to use as guests which was very helpful such as beach toys, beach towels, enough hand soap and dishwasher pods to make it through the week, and more!

Amazing View

My wife and I stayed here along with my daughter, her friend, and my father. It's located on the 13th floor directly on the beach. The first thing that captured us immediately upon entering was the amazing view of the Gulf and the pier. The floor to ceiling windows and the balcony were incredible. The kitchen was well equipped and we made 3 dinners. The beds were comfortable and the recliner's in the living room were really nice to sit in while watching tv. The condo was very clean when we arrived and the host responded quickly when I had questions. The beach was really nice. We took our own beach tent so that we could spend hours in the shade while hanging on the beach. Overall, I like Navarre better than Destin and Gulf Shores. The crowds are smaller and there's very little traffic. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect View is right!

The view is awesome with the floor to ceiling windows. The motorized shades were such a fun touch! The condo was clean, super cute and well stocked. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of. Elevators in the building were very quick and we didn't ever have to wait long. The closet was stocked with all kinds of beach stuff and we had beach setup with 2 chairs and an umbrella...this makes it so nice to just head to the beach and not have to worry about anything. The pool was nice and warm. The condo building is kept nice and clean. Valerie was very helpful and made check in and out easy. I don't think you can go wrong booking this condo for your next Navarre vacation!

Perfect View is Perfect!!

This is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed at! The views are incredible, everything was spotless, the furniture was comfortable and functional, the kitchen was fully stocked-it was perfect! Valerie has thought of everything including laminated instructions that explain how to work the blinds, the WiFi, check-out, etc. I loved the spotless white towels for bathing, the matching beach towels and the black towels for removing makeup! You can tell lots of thought was put into making this condo perfect in every way! We saw the Blue Angels fly by one evening while we were sitting in the balcony and it was so cool!! Overall it was an amazing trip! Thank you Valerie!

Highly recommend!

This property was very clean, organized, and well stocked. We almost always have to go buy beach chairs, boogie boards, etc when vacationing at a beach (and then leave them behind to fly home). Valerie has an entire closet filled with such items. We appreciated that. The condo was immaculate upon our arrival— clean and tidy. The views were amazing. It was a quiet area of the condo, peaceful and private. We loved the wall clipboards with suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area. Valerie’s hospitality during our stay was top-notch. She made sure that we had all of our questions answered prior to our trip, and she checked in via email to see if we needed anything while we were there. She was quick to respond and if she didn’t know an answer to a question, she’d find it out and get back to us. The beaches were not crowded, which we also loved! We’d recommend this property 100%!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Not only was it well decorated and clean with a stunning view, but Valerie and Rob are incredible hosts who go above and beyond with recommendations for activities and restaurants, making your time in Navarre even more relaxing. Not just perfect view - perfect condo!

Beautiful, clean, well equipped and great bed/bath linens. View was amazing. Owners are easy to communicate with. I have stayed at The Caribbean more than twice and will again. Hopefully in this unit. Very thankful for such a great week with family here and thanks to this family for sharing their piece of paradise with us! - Amy C

Family and Friends get away

The Perfect View Navarre Beach

This condo is absolutely fantastic. It is the best view of Navarre Beach. The owner has decorated the unit beautifully and thought out every little detail. Everything is in this unit that you need. Communication was excellent with the owner and they respond quickly to questions. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this is one of the best in every way!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful peaceful stay at this beautiful, light-filled, spacious condo. Everything is provided for a perfect beach vacation. Valerie and Rob, the condo owners, couldn't have been nicer and responded in a very timely manner to any questions we had. The decor is tastefully done and well cared for. We absolutely loved the huge newly remodeled master shower and the new recliners. One important thing that we appreciated were the beds...so comfortable with quality linens. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. The views from this corner condo are amazing! We will be back!

Perfect condo with the perfect view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though the weather was a little too cool. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The beach closet was amazing with chairs and toys to enjoy the beach. The master suite was definitely my favorite. Waking up with the sunrise was amazing! Love the chairs by the picture window in the master. Great spot for morning coffee and a little devotional time. We will definitely be back during warmer weather!

Hello! My family has been traveling to this hidden gem, Navarre, for years. We love the peaceful atmosphere and gorgeous waters. The popular gulf coast sites have gotten too crowded and Navarre brings us the beauty and relaxation without the two hour wait times for dinner reservations! My husband and I have wanted to own a condo on Navarre Beach for several years. When this one became available, we knew it was meant to be. We feel so fortunate to be able to call Perfect View our vacation home. Sharing it with other families like ours is a blessing. Our hope is that you fall in love with Navarre like we did and start coming back year after year.

This property has the best views! We have stayed in other condos on this beach and this one, by far, has the best views. The floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you are standing on the beach without leaving the condo! Our condo is fully stocked with all of your kitchen needs and has the unique second master bedroom that has a kitchenette in it--great for a family with a small child or just more refrigerator space!
