Desert Rose Guesthouse is a private, freestanding apartment with 599 square feet of pure luxury. Perfect for singles or couples, there is a separate master bedroom with king bed featuring a comfortable yet supportive organic cotton mattress for your best sleep ever. The bedroom windows are equipped with blackout curtains to insure that you will be able to sleep late if you desire. A walk-in closet and French doors opening to a large West facing patio complete the bedroom suite. Meal preparation is made easy with a fully equipped kitchen featuring full sized refrigerator, stove and farmhouse sink. Enjoy your meal at the bistro table for two. After dinner, relax in the comfy sitting area with deep cushion couch and extra guest seating, perfectly set up for surfing the net, conversation or tv viewing. The smart tv streams Hulu & other favorites via ROKU. Other amenities include a full sized bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The home is equipped central A/C and heat wireless wifi and wired ethernet (your choice). Security features include keyless entry, dead bolt locks on all exterior doors and exterior motion sensor lights around the fully walled & fenced yard. Driveway parking is just steps away from the front door. A serene and orderly yard with beautiful desert landscaping surrounds the home.

This plqce is 10 stars. The property is beautiful and the hosts are the nicest people. Their communication is above and beyond. They responded very quickly to all questions I had. I wouldn't stay anywhere else every time I travel to Las Vegas. This is home away from home. It's about 20 minutes from the strip. Shopping is close and a great Trader Joe's just down the street. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to Vegas. Oh, and parking is right outside the front door. Couldn't be any more convenient.

THE Place to Stay in Las Vegas

We came to visit family and this location in the northwest part of town was perfect for us. The casita was roomy for the two of us and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts, Tracy & Matt, ensured we knew how to contact them if it was needed. It was a most enjoyable stay and we plan to return at our earliest opportunity. Thank you very much, Tracy & Matt!!!

Wonderful, comfy and roomy guesthouse! Comfortable king bed, roomy bathroom with great shower, full size kitchen with everything you need, living space with couch, great private outdoor space, in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect unit!! Clean, Cozy, and Convenient!

We were in town for EDC 2025 and the location couldn’t have been better. It was close enough to the venue and the Las Vegas Strip for all the fun, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. There were also great restaurants nearby that weren’t packed from all the people coming into town for the festival.We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful unit! The space was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen came in handy for quick meals. We also really appreciated how peaceful the area was—it was the perfect place to unwind. If you like to party but prefer to recharge somewhere calm and quiet, this spot is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! On top of all that, the host had great communication—super responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Exactly what we needed

The place was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space for my partner and me. We especially enjoyed spending our evenings on the back patio. The bed was comfy, and the location was a great distance from Red Rock Canyon, which made it perfect for our climbing trip. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet Northwest Las Vegas stay

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s property! Super clean with everything you need. The little backyard is very peaceful and a great place to sit in mornings and evenings. It’s only about 25 minutes to the strip, and also close to countless hiking opportunities in the area. Highly recommend taking time for a hike, and there are many hikes of all difficulties close by.The neighborhood was very quiet, and also easy to get in and out of for trips to the store and restaurants. There are many great places to eat within 15 to 20 minutes!We will be sure to come again when in the area!

Centennial Hills Luxury Guest House

My 16-year-old son and I stayed in this immaculately clean luxury guest house while we were visiting family in the area. This is a cozy one bedroom place, but the hosts provided a very comfortable air mattress for us and the space worked perfectly for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the hosts respond quickly if you need anything at all. They even have a charcoal grill in the private back yard space. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy access to the strip and also Lake Las Vegas. The booking process and check in/out was effortless. I recommend the Centennial Hills Luxury Guest house without reservation and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Casita

Nice, comfy casita. Close to Red Rock Canyon for hiking. Only an hour from Valley of Fire. Place was as advertised. Had a lovely time and definitely stay again.
