Nice getaway

Wonderful stay

The house was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the open dining/kitchen/living area so we could all visit at once. The den was cozy, but sadly we never made it in there. (The TV was huge) Great stay!!

We went to Fayetteville nc to visit family and relax..weather terrible but our stay at house was excellent. Stayed in mostly and enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of home.. Everything we need was in home.. ..will use this home again

Perfect stay

We came into town to spend time with family for a small family reunion. The house accommodated everybody perfectly we had more than enough space and the house.. The only difficulties we had was with the televisions we couldn’t quite figure out how to change channels on some of the TVs, but other than that it was perfect..

Convenient location

My dad is very old school and usually only stays at hotels when visiting. I wanted him to experience enjoying an entire house, so this was his first house booking experience. He really, really enjoyed the home and the close proximity to everything!

The rental was fabulous! So many State of the Art features! My family was really impressed. The Host's attention to detail was Everything! They provided so many amenities to make us really comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Brother’s Road-trip to Fayetteville

Everyone was impressed with the home and renovations. Close to our parent’s home. Easy drive to their home. Accommodations were great. Nice open space. Beds were a little low to the floor. Mattress was not firm. Overall, enjoyed the experience.

Room for family

I selected this property for its location to fort Bragg for a quick visit with my son. The house is comfortable, clean, and as described. Owner was very responsive toy questions. I would stay here again. However if you are planning a larger family gathering and meals to cook and serve there is limited serving ware and silverware. Not an issue for us but want to let others know who may plan to do so.

Peaceful

The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. Loved the house , especially the cleanilness The only complaint i have is that there were no mirrors in the house except for in bathrooms. I would suggest for owner to invest in one full size mirror so that once you get dressed up you are able to access your whole self. We girls need that in our lives😂 Other than that all was good. Would recommend to a friend. Sheila G

Not as great as reviews suggested

The communication with the property manager and the host was as expected. The area, while considered one of the safer neighborhoods in Fayetteville, still wasnt completely safe and assuring. Not sure if there are neighborhood children living nearby, but one instance at dusk as we were entering the home, we had people running through the front of the property. Could have been anyone, safe or dangerous, but we had our guard up the entire trip. Upon arrival, there was a security system which made us feel the host had prepared for uncertain situations, but we eventually found out it was disabled due to past inconveniences of the host. We cordially asked to meet with the host or property manager to show us how to safely and effectively arm the home, but the request was denied. The walls in the entry of the home are questionably dirty, and the sheets in the side bedroom smelled of body odor. There needs to be more attention to the cleanliness, past just tidying up the home. Communication and professionalism from the host and property manager were up to standard, but the cleanliness of the home was sub-standard. Make sure to consider the local crime statistics in the city, as well as the neighborhoods of Fayetteville. All things considered, I would rate the stay 3-stars, average.

We sincerely apologize for any lack in attention to the finite details that you have pointed out as growth and opportunities to make our property better and more comfortable for our guests. We would never want you to feel unsafe within our property and assure you the neighborhood for our property is constantly evaluated. My family and I have resided in this neighborhood since the 70s when it was first developed. We have never had any issues of crime which is part of the reason we still reside in the neighborhood to this day. All of your feedback is greatly appreciated, we have painters scheduled today to address the areas that you pointed out and new linens have been procured as well. Thank You again for giving us the opportunity to get better and we hope to have you stay with us again.

Quiet and close to base

House is very close to Ft Bragg and hospitals, very quiet neighborhood. House is older but remodeled, very comfortable and homey. Nice backyard area with fire pit as well as carport covered parking. Host was very responsive to any questions and very prompt. Great communication!!!
