Look no further....You've found your Palm Valley (Goodyear) vacation accommodation. Located in the golf course community of Palm Valley. Enjoy this single story four bedroom, two bathroom (2600 sq. ft) home that is centrally located near everything Arizona has to offer like Golf, NFL (State Farm Stadium), NASCAR racing, Spring training, Westgate entertainment district, Desert Diamond Casino, or just hang out relaxing by the amazing pool with the newly renovated private backyard.
Open floor plan that will accommodate your entire family, enclosed backyard, covered patio with dining table, Patio Umbrellas, Chaise Lounges and Adirondack chairs for seating.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, En-suite with large soaking tub, walk in shower, double sinks and walk in closet. French doors leading out to the cover patio. Master bedroom is located on one side of the home from the other bedrooms.
KITCHEN: Has everything that Chef in your group will need. You will find a fully stocked (including spices) gourmet kitchen with amazing updates, stainless steel appliances and HUGE eating island with additional seating.

POOL:
Optional daily swimming pool heating fee of $100 per day and must be paid min of 48 hours prior to checking in.
During your stay a twice weekly pool service occurs on Tuesday & Friday. Throughout the week my pool robot will do a daily vacuum starting at 4:30am until 7am. I also have a solar powered pool skimmer that runs 24/7 (unless you turn it off) and will be skimming any leaves or debris from the top of the pool. Unfortunately I have no control over "Mother Nature" and sometimes the windy picks up and leaves blow into the pool and pool area so I have a battery powered leaf blower in a gray box under the covered patio and a pool net for you to use in between those pool cleaning days. I just toss the leaves from the pool net over the wall where the trees are located.
Quiet hours (10pm - 7am)
No Pets or Animals allowed
No Parties or Events
Guests can access the entire home except for the locked closets in garage.
No illegal drugs are permitted.
No smoking of anything and e-cigarette inside the property or in the garage. (Guest will be charged $250 fine + cost to remove smoke smell).
On Sunday I have someone who will come by and put the trash and recycle cans out on the curb for Monday morning pick up and then they will return on Monday and put them back behind the gate on the side of the house.
Home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front door facing the street. A camera (Blink) is on the side of the house to monitor the side gate entrance there is also another (Blink) camera on the other side of the house looking at the side wall and man door into garage. There is also a (Blink) camera located in the garage facing the "Locked Owners closets". They are all motion activated & recording 24/7 of images & sound & recordings may be stored. If cameras are interfered with the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels.
MAXIMUM number of guests = 8 (6 adults, 2 children)
The presence of UNREGISTERED GUESTS may result in the immediate termination of the reservation.
Presence of a unauthorized ANIMAL in the home may result in a termination of the rental agreement.
Check Out is 10am there is a 15 min grace time but after 10:15am there will be a $100 charge per hour.
Keep all doors closed or AC will shut off after 5 minutes and the house is in the desert and their are pests they that walk, crawl, fly and if you leave the doors open they MIGHT come inside. I am on a regular pest inspection and control for the home.
