Welcome to our spacious lakefront 4 bedroom, 2 bath mountain retreat! Our 3000 sq. ft. vacation home is in a gold star resort with outdoor and indoor pools, 2 lakes, beaches, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis and more. It features an open concept design, fireplace, outdoor dining room with grill, firepit, game room with pool table, kayaks and canoe. Conveniently located in the heart of the Poconos, close to State Park hikes, Ski Resorts, Kalahari water park, Casinos and more! Community Amenities require passes for everyone over 7 ($8-$10/ day).

Best Lakehouse

Perfect lake house with dock, tons of sleeping functionality and room for activities in & out of the house. Have stayed there twice and cannot recommend enough.

Great stay

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and very clean. The pictures are accurate. The owner was easy to communicate with and even dropped off extra garbage bags bc we ran out. We were all adults, but it was a kid friendly house as well. The lake was beautiful and it was nice that there were kayaks on-site for us to use off the dock. Would stay again!

Relaxing lake house

The area of the house and the house itself was very comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately a lot of rain while we were there so didn't get to enjoy the amenities but they seemed great. The beach at the house and on the lake were nice and my kids had a great time kayaking. The owners were very fast at responding to any questions we had. Would definitely do again. Family loved having breakfast in the sun room.

The lake is beautiful. The home lacked essentials like paper towels, napkins, tissues, and limited toilet paper & garbage bags. The home did not have the peddle boat like shown in photo. For a 250 cleaning fee, the home was pretty dusty. There was empty high noon cans and red solo cups around the property. The windows were very dirty filled with spider webs. There was laundry left in the dryer.

Lovely stay in the Poconos

The house was beautiful, clean, and set up so nicely for a week long stay. We made good use of the screened in porch, the fire pit down by the water, and the kayaks. The lake is lovely for paddling, but not super great for swimming off the dock (it's shallow with some muck and weeds). The community beach was cute and better for swimming. We were very happy there and would stay again. The owner was easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to try and accommodate the logistics of our stay. I would give the property 5 stars if it were not for the strict rules of the HOA, which made coordinating visits with family members in the area difficult.

Wonderful property, needs upkeep

The lakefront property is wonderful - perfect for families with young kids. It was great to be able to go wading in the lake before going out to explore the community’s amenities. Unfortunately, the house is not well kept or well stocked. For a house on a lake and near a pool, it had very few towels - we had to do laundry daily. There was no dishwasher detergent or no sponge, and the house was fairly run down (bug screens flapping in the wind; grimy sinks; etc.). With a bit more care it would be perfect, but would still recommend it highly for families with young kids looking to enjoy the lake.

The Perfect Home for a Family Vacation

We were blown away with the house that we decided to have our annual vacation at. The rooms were perfect for our situation with 4 adults and 4 kids. The outdoor area with the screened in porch is where we hung out most nights (no bugs!) and the private beach is where we hung out most days. For those families with young kids, this beach was heaven sent. There was no lugging and packing needed. And the kids had a blast! The communication with Claudia when there was an issue with the fridge was great. She helped us as quick as possible to find a solution and Brian had fridge delivered the next day. The area was great and it was conveniently located to restaurants, stores and parks. I would highly recommend this house for a stay.
