We were unable to stay at this rental due to the issue of my daughter being in a wheelchair. The only door we could get her in was the front door. All bedroom and bathroom doors were too narrow. Also the surrounding neighborhood was questionable and no one felt comfortable staying overnight. The house has 4 televisions but I could only find 2 remotes and only one functioned. The house looked clean but there was an odd smell that we were unable to pinpoint. Going by the pictures and the reviews it seemed to be a safe rental. I am not confident the reviews were accurate. The owner responded with an apology but offered no refund of any amount.

Awesome Location, great property

Excellent location to the major parks, especially Universal. The home was clean and inviting. Comfy beds and a very responsive host.

Great stay! Perfect home!

Our family of 5 stayed at this home for 2 days during our Universal Adventure! Owner was wonderful. Great communication. Home was comfortable, accommodating and very clean. We will definitely use them again if the opportunity presents itself!

Home was in a great location and owner was very responsive and actually came out to house to place batteries in the tv remotes. Home was just old and needed some renovations. Enjoyed our stay.

A terrible stay if you want to sleep

The place was clean, the neighborhood was safe, the location was convenient. The beds were just horrible. The mattresses were still wrapped in plastic and the bed frames were unbelievably squeaky. If you moved at all in your sleep, you woke yourself up and the other people in your room. I have never heard such noisy beds. Plus, they were super uncomfortable. I wish I could give this place a better rating, but we just wanted a good night’s sleep.

Descent stay close to universal

Would have appreciated a little more communication with the host before hand. Unfortunately of 6 showers taken at the house none were with hot water. Hot showers would have been nice but everything else was nice. Very clean house good bedroom set up and good location for what we were doing.

Great location and stay!

My fiance and i brought my son for his 7th bday. His first time to universal studios and islands of adventures. We came into a house that was decorated in happy birthday sign and balloons! It was so thoughtful! The place was done up nicely for the age of the house. Communciate with host was very prompt and efficient. The house was in close proximity of everything! Overall 5 star stay with one tiny hiccup. Theres two listings for this house. We thought we were renting the entire house. But the owner made the garage into a studio. Its blocked off from our section and sound proofed as well up to code areas. But we were unaware of it and this listing did not have a disclaimer. The only reason we found out was another tenant tried to open our door. Come to find out theres a side driveway with its own gate and door thats not on our side. It would have been nice to know before hand as it came as a shock. But understanding everything afterwards, it wasnt a problem at all. But anyone renting, please be aware the garage is a studio, but that studio does not have any access nor share any portion of the 3 bedroom house this listing has to offer. The host is aware they will be updating the description to this listing. The other listing of the studio, does explain in detail of how the place is part of the side of the.house. All in all though, it was an amazing experience through and through. Theres also a camera in the front which adds more sense of security! Ty again Chenet! CHEERS.

Close to Amway Center, Clean

Property was as advertised. Several bedrooms, clean, good communication with owner. We were attending event at Amway Center so the property was in close proximity and reasonably priced for night.

Awesome for a short get away.

Property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice spacious areas, just wished the bathroom windows had window blinds or curtains to cover during the night. Other than that everything was wonderful.
