Just 10 Miles to Magic Kingdom, offers a private Sandy Beach, Free Kiddy splash park, 4 Swimming Pools, hot tubs, Beach Volleyball, Tennis, Pickle ball, Shuffleboard, Basketball & more! This Fully furnished ground floor, 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa, 1 King, 1 Queen, plus 2 twin beds, Fresh Spa Robes & slippers, Plush towels, soft linens, 76" Oled Flat Screen, fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, & glassware. Living room-dining room, screened balcony, Full Sized in-unit laundry, Pac n Play & highchair. Please check our reviews! We provide a 5-star experience. We do our best to provide all items our guest could need during their stay and enjoy returning guests! Our resort is very close to shopping, restaurants and the Parks.

Please be aware there are no elevators, and this is a second-floor unit,
Only unit Owners and their occupants, guests and visitors may use the pool and pool
area. No pets are allowed in the general pool area.
Pool hours are 7:00am until 11:00pm daily for the Clubhouse and 7.00am until
10.00pm at Tradewinds pools; hours for the yellow and brown phase pools are 8.00am
to dusk.
NO Lifeguards are provided at any pool area. Swimming and use of the pool is at the
user’s risk. Users have a duty to report any unsafe conditions immediately to the Front
Desk. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No Glass containers or breakable items are permitted on the pool deck for safety.
All pool areas are non-smoking (this includes vaping). There is a designated smoking
spot located outside of each of the pool areas.
Large or oversized floats or other items of similar nature, except swimming aids, are
not permitted in the pool.
