Beach front Bliss… Enjoy Swimming or relaxing in this 4 bedroom home on the North End of Anna Maria Island. Captivating Sunsets from your deck or steps away at the famous Bean Point. Elevator to all floors

House Rules (Summary)

• Reservation is not confirmed until payment and agreement are completed.
• Cancellations: 91+ days prior to arrival are refundable (minus $300). Within 90 days are non-refundable.
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval only. $500 per pet + signed pet waiver. Unauthorized pets incur a 25% surcharge.
• Guest Verification: Photo ID and guest list required for all reservations.

• All guests 18+ must sign an Equipment & Amenity Waiver
• A valid email address is required to complete all documents via electronic signature
• Pool, hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and all on-property equipment require a signed waiver
• Golf cart use is limited to guests age 25+ with a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and signed agreement

I have to say this was an amazing property and a small perfect piece of paradise in between hectic stays at universal and Disney. The location right on the beach at bean point was perfect. We spent all our time watching the sea, spotting wildlife and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave and hope to revisit one day. Communication was great and friendly, house was beautiful - clean, luxurious, well stocked kitchen and all the beach/sea kit you could need and more. Just a word of caution for the sea, the currents and warnings are very real but this won’t spoil your stay in the slightest if you are sensible and don’t go beyond standing height if swimming in the sea. Get the golf buggy it was great fun! Thankyou for such a wonderful stay. Ruth, Matt and 3 happy kids xx

Great house and amazingly stocked!

Loved using the paddle boards, sea kayak, beach chairs/umbrellas, golf cart, and even beach towels. It was a nice treat not to worry about buying or renting any of those items, as we flew on this vacation.

Perfect Anna Maria getaway

Comfortable, well appointed home in the perfect location. The view from the family room/kitchen area is stunning if you like Caribbean like water views. We had a great time.

We love the house and location. However, they just changed over to a company to manage the property called Wander and they were terrible. We spent most of the trip dealing with repairs. One being the dryer, and it was never fixed. We had wet stinky clothes to bring home and wash.

Relaxing vacation

Beautiful views of the water. It was so relaxing watching dolphins, boats, and even a couple manatees. Many great restaurants were only a golf cart ride away. Hope to return to A.M.I.!

A stunning view

all was above and beyond - everything was clean and fresh and all the extras like chairs, golf cart, hot tub were top notch. All the inside stuff was great, elevator worked well, outside backyard and beach was great. We loved it, our kids loved it and their kids loved it.

As perfect as it looks

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals homes with our four children - this is one of the best ever. Very clean, thoughtfully stocked and well equipped. The use of the beach toys and the golf cart were an added bonus. Check in/out couldn’t be easier and management was very responsive.

Girls Weekend Was AMAZING!!!

We visited this BEAUTIFUL property for a girls bachelorette weekend (there were 9 of us) this property could not have been any more perfect! The porch swing, and breathtaking views is what sold us on the property initially but the amazing experience we had will be what brings us back time and time again.

Beautiful Place on Anna Maria

We absolutely loved Serendipity 1 on Anna Maria Island. My family had a wonderful stay overall. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic with beautiful views. We saw dolphins and manatee daily swim by from our balcony. We even watched some dolphins jumping out of the water! The hosts were very accommodating and communicated with us the entire time. If we needed something, it was provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wedding of a lifetime

We had a large crew for a picturesque wedding right on the beach. Rick and his staff were great, catering to our every need. We will be back for sure. All of his properties are top notch.

Spectacular

Absolutely best AMI location. Right on the beach and steps from miles of the best walking beach I’ve encountered. We did not want to leave this home with its 180 degree view out the wall of windows. Just imagine waking each morning to pelicans soaring and diving. It’s an exquisite natural wonderland. We enjoyed making meals in the well equipped kitchen and found the beds to be super comfy. The owners were completely available for any and all assistance. This was a great place for us to relax and recoup after Christmas. All six of us give this home a 10!!

Worth it!

Great, great location, beautiful views, nice beach, well appointed. Tons of toys from bikes to kayaks, paddle board, ping pong and a super nice golf cart which we used daily. It was the perfect holiday with everything you could possible want or need. Would highly recommend.

Great Getaway

Amazing!! We were so pleased with Serendipity! Super clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable! It’s located in a very nice neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Bean Point Beach is just steps away. The view from the porch is tremendous. We loved every minute at Serendipity. We were sad to leave.

Water side house

Everything was beautiful, the house was as we expected, very well stocked kitchen ! the communication with the property manager was fantastic! Beautiful views from the porch . the only drawback was that there is a public access point on one side of the house and an empty lot on the other side so there was a lot of public traffic - people walking very close to the house, swimming and fishing right below you and vehicle parking in the empty lot

Great time

went here on spring break with another family. 10 of us total. 6 kids, 4 adults. we all had an amazing time. the back of this property is not necessarily a beach that you would want to take little kids. but we had a couple of calm days and used the stand up paddle boards, etc. the beach was a quick golf cart ride away. it was just a magical trip. and rick and his wife were very helpful and wonderful hosts! couldnt recommend this place more!

AMI vacation

The house was great and a perfect setup for our family. Very well kept. They even had some kid safety features like built in “gates” at each of the stairs. We thought we would use the deck a lot more but it was very windy on the bay side the entire time we were there. The property by the water was covered in roots from a tree that had been partially removed. My wife and I spent the first hour cleaning up the sand so that we could put some chairs out there. Also not easy access to the water due to all the rocks. Great views though out of the living room. All in all we enjoyed the house and our time on the island.

Great Property, View and Location to Town

This property and the owner/managers we communicated with were excellent. Be aware there is no direct beach access, but you do have a small sand beach area private to the house. Access to the beach is a short drive away. The listing states a golf cart is included, but note that this is dependent on length of stay and isn’t a given. As of writing this, you wouldn’t know differentlg, and I ended Up getting stuck with 500 in rental fees for a golf cart. I booked Because of all of the amenities for two nights before heading to Disney with the family. The management comp’d only 100 per day of the cart. Other than that, the house was amazing, the setup is beautiful, beds are comfortable, great shower pressure and amenities. Kitchen was awesome. Games, if you like them are by the Washer and Dryer, which both came in handy for us. You can try your hand at fishing, but it’s a little rocky. A bit of construction is going on right now around the house, but was never a bother to us at all. I’d say other than the cart, this house was a great grab for a quick two nights!

Anyone who has met Rick has heard his motto, “We want you to become our distant cousins”. Lyn’s legal background, passion for details and love of architecture inspire each new creation. She is a problem solver and welcomes unique challenges.

Maria and her Family are lifelong friends and partners with Lyn and Rick. Maria is a vibrant, enthusiastic “doer”! Give her a challenge and it will get done quickly! Her two adult sons are often on the island helping with the business.

Courtney is our ray of sunshine, talented photographer and filled with local insight.

Diego is our miracle worker with a never-ending smile on his face!
