Welcome to your dream home! This stunning, newly renovated home in Las Vegas is your ideal luxury retreat. Enjoy the private pool and property to soak up the sun or experience the hustle and bustle of the exciting Las Vegas Strip within minutes! Stay at Topaz and enjoy all that Las Vegas has to offer!

FAMILY ROOM: Experience indoor-outdoor living at its finest! This home features an open concept living space opening directly to the patio and pool area.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are furnished with memory foam mattresses, mattress toppers and luxurious bedding for a guaranteed comfortable night's sleep. The King and Queen Suites (Bedroom 1 + Bedroom 2) also include 55" Smart TVs, and ensuite baths with walk-in showers.

BATHROOMS: All bathrooms are stocked with Public Goods toiletries and linens.

POOL: (IMPORTANT) We offer pool heating during the cooler months for an additional $100 per day for the full length of your stay. Due to crew availability and the time, it will take to heat the pool, we do not heat/charge per day. If you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you!

ARCADE: The pool house is stocked with family friendly board games, an XBox 360 + games, the classic foosball table and of course Pac-Man and Golden Tee arcade games.

GUEST ACCESS:
This home is exclusively private to you and is professionally cleaned and maintained prior to your visit. The self-check-in/check-out process is seamless as we provide you with a keyless entry code.

RULES:
We do not allow the following: pets; loud music; parties or events; unregistered guests; smoking/vaping inside the home. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please carefully review our policies and rules. Valid ID will be required for each registered guest over the age of 18. Additionally, we will require an agreement between the Owner and Responsible party/renter to be signed within 5 days of the reservation acceptance.

Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is NOT a party house. We have put a lot of time and love into our home and hope that you will enjoy it and treat it as your own.abs

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was only a quick 15 minute drive to the convention center, which was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Vacation with friends

It was a very nice stay. The accommodation is great, fully equipped and with Uber you can reach the airport and the strip very quickly. We can highly recommend it.

Great Stay and Wonderful Host

I can't say enough about the host Terah. Wonderful at follow up. The house was in great shape and had a very modern design. We stayed here as a team for a work trip and would certainly stay again.

Perfect Vegas stay

Absolutely incredible accomodation for our stay! So clean, so equipped and plenty of space - even for 9 of us staying. Immaculately clean throughout and very easy to get to the strip/around Vegas in cars/Ubers. 100% recommend. Host was friendly, accomodating and great communication. And very few noticeable planes overhead despite being so close to the airport.

Awesome Place and Wonderful Host!!!!

Excellent Location! Close to the strip, to the airport, and Red Rock Canyon. Responsive Host. Terah is quick to respond to all of your questions and very accommodating. The Luxe Estate has everything you need. Modern appliances, Fun game room, beautiful pool, plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen.

Great Place!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable environment. The location was perfect. The airport less that 10 minutes. Terah was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They provided clear instructions and were quick to respond to any questions I had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience at this property was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you Terah for an unforgettable experience!

A Tranquil Heaven in Las Vegas!

We had a wonderful time at the property. The location was great, tucked in a quiet neighbourhood. Very close to the airport (well not always nice hearing planes landing and taking off) but that wasn't a downer at all. Now the house, this is a spacious open plan set-up with lots and lots and lots of supplies to help you settle in and not having to run to the store for anything. Terah the host was always available but we did not need to contact her. We cannot emphasise enough how cool the well equipped the property was. One thing is the description on vbro does not fully express how wonderful the property is. All i would say is if you have any reason to visit Las Vegas this is where you should stay!

Diamond in the Rough

I can not begin to express how absolutely amazing this place is. It is beautiful and such a slice of paradise! They have everything you need, seriously everything. I recommend doing a kitchen check before shopping because we went to load up for the weekend and they already had half the stuff we went and bought, haha. If you need it check because they probably have it, including pool floats! The location is amazing if you want to be close to the strip and other highlights but be away from all the noise and hustle bustle. I think it’s like literally 2 mins from the airport and maybe 15 min from the strip. Don’t quote me on the times but seriously, it’s close! They also provide a rental car for an additional cost per day which is nice if you don’t want to Uber and have a little more freedom to come and go when you please. Communication with the owner’s is quick and easy and they are very sweet and helpful! I could rave and rave about this place but all I can say is seriously consider this place when booking your Paradise stay because I know we will be again!

Paradise!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Vrbo property and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The house is situated on a large piece of land, giving us plenty of space and privacy. The swimming pool was definitely the highlight for us- it was so refreshing to take a dip in the heat! The four bedrooms were all very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the newly renovated interiors made everything feel fresh and clean. We especially loved the casita with the arcade- it was so much fun to have all of those games right at our fingertips! Overall, I couldn't recommend this property more- we had such a fantastic time and hope to return again soon!
