The island features over 50 miles of paved leisure paths, making bike rentals a popular and enjoyable way to explore. Throughout the year, there are a variety of events, with summer bringing fireworks and many family-friendly activities.
Getting around is easy. During the summer months, a seasonal island trolley operates, and The Breeze public bus system services the area. Of course, traveling by car is also convenient.

To ensure a high-standard experience for all guests, please be aware of the following:
Identification: A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is a strictly non-smoking property. To maintain the quality of the new renovations, violations will result in a $500 restoration fee.
Kitchen Provisions: While we provide a comprehensive set of plates, bowls, and cookware, please note that cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not stocked.
Seasonal Promotions: We offer extended-stay discounts during the fall and winter months. Please inquire at the time of booking to apply the 4th-night-free or 4th-week-free promotions (holidays excluded).
The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
