Welcome to The Cumberland Condo - Your downtown riverfront Nashville home!



A newly renovated clean and cute 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with pool, workout room, and free covered parking. Enjoy the views of the Cumberland River while only being 1 mile from Broadway and walking distance to all of Germantown!



The space
The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need.
The Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services.



This home has one bedroom with a comfortable bed and a closet for your belongings. The sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space for two people, as well.



An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the honky tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at night.






Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo and all the shared spaces the community provides.
The entire space is accessible via a keyless lock system.

Great location, clean, nice furnishings, nice view of river. The door lock was a little difficult to lock/latch but we figured it out. Also noticed some old water damage (recent repair) in bathroom but the repair on the other side of the wall (kitchen) wasn’t done. Other than those small imperfections, it was great. Not recommended for a family since it’s only one bedroom.

Great Stay

Unit was exactly as described. Unit is located in a wonderful area of town. So close to Broadway and so close to so many great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend will return.

Not the best

Can't say I loved much. The bed was comfortable, when we weren't being work up from loud people at all hours. Bedroom window many have been thinner than paper. Think toilet is being held up by plumbing, floor is collapsing in bathroom.

Great Gem Close to the Action

This is a cozy little condo on the river! Great for a short Girls Trip to the Music City or even a Romantic Getaway. It is close to Lower Broadway allowing you the choice of walking if you prefer. I will definitely stay here again when I come back!

On the river

Good location if you dont mind walking a bit, could use more bedding available for pull out couch. Some starter essentials would be nice also like coffee for the early morning risers.

Just enough

The decor was minimal, which was sufficient for our 3 day stay. The location was perfect every attraction we planned on attending was minutes away which worked perfect for rideshare.

Walkable location

My friend and I stayed here. We were able to walk to Germantown, Primter’s Alley, State Capitol, Broadway and surrounding areas. Scooters and electric bicycles available around the city. The only thing I did not like about this apartment was that we could hear people on the floor above walking around. Everything else was very nice. Loved the view to the River. The pool was nice too. Don’t recommend the gym. The equipment was broken and it smelled musky. But the apartment location was perfect. The bedroom was very comfortable too. Bed, pillows and sheets were great
The door lock code was tricky to lock it. Never fully figured it out.
Kitchen area. Wish there had been some sugar for the coffee

First trip to Nashville

This was our first trip to Nashville so we weren’t sure where to stay. I’m so glad we stayed here! It was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and the location was great. The view of the Cumberland river was fantastic! Being on the water made us feel like we weren’t in the city. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Nashville!

Nice clean apartment

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to walk to Broadway along the river which made for a beautiful walk. It’s located in German Town and had bars and restaurants right around the corner so it was nice to eat and drink away from the crowds of downtown. I would recommend staying here.

Nice Accommodations but a bit noisy

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The view, the location, the ease of booking and staying all were superb! The condo was clean and everything worked as it should. I would’ve liked to have a later checkout, but I missed the window for this opportunity. The first 2 issues we had were the mold in the bathroom and kitchen, which I think are back-to-back from each other, and the ants that came to visit in the bathroom by the shower. The third issue was the noise from the condo above us. There must’ve been kids there for the weekend, because on Friday the noise began. It sounded like the kids were running around upstairs for hours. And then on Saturday night there was someone banging on the door to the same condo upstairs and it woke us up out of our sleep. I’m sure there were other people in the nearby condos that heard it as well. If you can get past this on a short vacation, then you’ll have a wonderful stay at this condo.

Ok but not awesome

There was nothing wrong with the property, actually covered parking was nice. There was a light right outside the bedroom that shines through the thin shade all night. The keycard to access the pool, laundry, and workout was missing in action. The garbage disposal did not work and the sink didn’t drain well. Super thin walls, can hear everything.

Lacking stuff

No bedside lamps, there was a hole in the ceiling near a light and water dripped. You could see this was an ongoing problem that had not been fixed or handled due to the yellow stains. I called it in and sent a photo. I was assured it would be taken care of. Extremely frustrated and disappointed I was charged full amount for constant water dripping in the bedroom. If I had a bag there items would have been damaged.

Worst experience ever

This place was not cleaned prior to us checking in. As soon as we walked in we smelled a strong mildew smell throughout the entire condo. There were spiders in webs and dead bugs on the floor. The outdoor patio was dirty and had lots of bird poop covering the patio itself and the chairs. The listing mentions a shared pool but we contacted multiple Vacasa agents throughout the stay and no one was able to give us an answer on where the pool was and how to access it. These rentals a basically a motel. They have the same layout and look of a motel. The bedroom window which is next to the headboard is right by the outside walkway so all night there’s noise and people walking/ talking back and forth. During our three day stay we were in contact with multiple customer service agents trying to check out immediately after check out and to receive a refund since the conditions of the condo was not what was expected and there was no solution offered by Vacasa or even a call back. They requested pictures needed to be emailed and after we did that there was no more communication from Vacasa even though we kept calling to follow up on our safety and cleaning concerns. They would tell us repeatedly that they would reach back out after the managers would review the concerns but no one ever called us back. Very disappointed in the way Vacasa never followed up after multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages to several different agents and managers.
