Amazing Apartment

At the end of February 2019 I stayed in this apartment with my girlfriend! It is absolutely amazing! The customer service is bar non! The owner is very polite, speaks English, and was extremely hospitable! I cannot say enough about this apartment. From the fresh water to the laundry room, the full TV package, to the wireless Internet. The apartment is incredibly spacious, comfortable and I will definitely be renting it again! In fact, from now on when I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will not stay anywhere else. You cannot get better than this, and trust me I have tried! On the first night I had trouble connecting to Netflix. Someone came over and helped me fix it. The apartment has a very comfortable living area, incredible views, large kitchen, large dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus access to all the swimming pools and restaurants downstairs. And the general area is fantastic. It even has a small store, and an ATM machine, as well as staff on the promises! This place is awesome

Great stay overall!

* Very nice, clean, safe, and fully supplied property! * Very helpful and easy to work with property owner! My whole family, including 2 kids, truly enjoyed staying at this property. Just be aware that on our last day, the Ton Duc Thang college had some kind of celebration and they played EXTREMELY LOUD music for several hours, from early in the morning till mid day with strong base and their microphone turned up to the max level! At some points, you thought you were at a bar! Yup, it was that loud and clear that you could hear them easily from your bedrooms! However, this is beyond the control of the owners and also, I don't think it happens very often since we did not experience it until the last day of our stay! If we come back to Saigon, Vietnam, we will definitely stay here again (with the hope that there will be no early celebration at that "bar" college :-) and we strongly recommend this property to anyone who plan to stay at Saigon. It closes to every thing. Lots of food and restaurants around the property! The security staff there is very friendly and willing to help you in anyway they can. We showed them our appreciation with some gratuities (called "coffee money" in Saigon, I believe). You don't have to and they never asked for it but we just thought they deserved it for their work. YOU WILL LOVE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY! Guaranteed!

Great Stay Just Outside District 1

This spot was ideal for my son and myself (2 bed, 2 bath) with plenty of space and amenities. We enjoyed the comfort (beds were great), views, and convenience of the well-stocked apartment. It is a $2 cab ride away from sites in District 1 but easy to get a taxi at any time. We had a little hitch in check-in, but it was quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this rental if you want space, cleanliness, comfort, and modern amenities.

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE EVER

Nicholas, Mr. Vinh and their team made our trip to HCMC, one of the best travel experiences ever. They were very organized in everything from pre-check in communications all the way to check out time. They respected our privacy but also made sure to check in occasionally with us to see what else they can do to make our trip more exceptional. Location was very centralized to everything but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of everything. they were located about 5-10 mins uber ride east of district 1 and bui vien. The complex/community was very well kept and safe for travelers alike. Alot of expats stayed here with their families as well as locals. security guards were there 24/7. there was 7-11 and another 24 hour store just right outside the complex that made it very convenient to get things. definitely say enough good things about this trip and the positive experience i had with this rental. Definitely recommended and i will definitely be back to book thru them again!

Location was perfect

When I say 5 star service and accommodations that gives this place a disservice. I wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. This place was a high end modern luxury apartment with amazing views of Ho Chi Minh. Amazing huge pool. Water is so warm and clean. The location is perfect super close to everything to all the clubs and restaurants. I also felt safe at all times in this location. Dilhan and Vinh team are fabolous. They treated me like family especially since this was my first time in Asia in a new country. I felt at home and comfortable. The place was super clean and had a both a washer and dryer which made it convenient to wash clothes. Dilhan and Vinh deserves that title as Superhosts. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. And I will definitely be back again when I visit Vietnam. Thank you Dilhan and Vinh for everything :-).

5 stars all around: About the host: Dilhan and vinh are exceptional host. They are honest, friendly, and offer quick response. Some of my flights were rescheduled so they did a very good job around my hectic flight schedule. About the home: By far the most beautiful rental apartment I’ve ever been in including the us, Europe and Asia. Most homes that are advertised seem smaller in person when you’re able to see the pictures before booking. Dilhans place was the first I’ve been in that seems and feels bigger than the pictures advertised , that is always a lovely thing. Beautiful 2 bed/ 2 full baths . Spacious living room and dining area. WiFi worked great, not one disconnection when I was there. The curved TV’s were just the icing on the cake. And the fact that they had a washer AND dryer made everything that much more convenient. For the people traveling in Asia. We all know that when you wash something and airdry your cloths it always seems a little damped after due to the Asia weather . Having a dryer might not seem like a big thing, but in Asia it’s a golden appliance to have. Thank you vinh and Dilhan for the wonderful experience.

We really loved staying here

**ABSOLUTELY AMAZING** what a great experience. Vinh had be absolutely fantastic. I was very impressed by his professionalism, communication, and customer service! Really was the icing on the cake for our short stay and introduction of Vietnam. The apartment itself was fantastic and exactly as described. Superfast Internet, Netflix, and everything you needed or luxuries of the modern world. There were no issues whatsoever and had a great stay. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend it to anybody traveling into Vietnam. The customer service was invaluable - accommodating our late check in, went out of his way to drive us into the city center and even provided a place for our luggage for our evening flight! Thanks for everything! A++

Loved your apartment

I've lived in Saigon for years and have stayed in the exact same building before. I needed something central, with Western amenities, and easy access. Vinh was a great manager and was super flexible with my check-in and check-out. The place has a fantastic location and the compound itself is one of my favorites in Saigon. The apartment was super clean, well furnished, and is actually better than most places in that building. Loved the huge TVs in both rooms, with Netflix and anything else you might need. Washing machine and the dryer were also fantastic touches for Saigon.

fantastic, modern, immaculately clean

Exactly as advertised! The beds were absolutely amazing as well the hot showers. Happy hour at the pool everyday from 3-6 is amazing after a day of sightseeing! Dilhan is an amazing host and helped us with making phone calls when we needed her help. The washer and dryer were nice too after a couple of weeks of traveling. I would not hesitate recommending her place to anyone

Cannot rave enough. Excellent service...we arrived late into the night from a plane delay, and were met at the apartment. Well stocked. Great location. Very clean. Very accommodating. Great communication. Fixed problems right away (even if it was because I couldn't figure out how to work the dryer. )

Dilhan and Vahn was a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication from booming to checkout. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, hot showers, cold ac and new washers and dryers. This is the new standard for air bnb hosts. Dilhan and Vahn were very accommodating went above and beyond what was expected of them. I highly recommend them for any stay.

Romantic getaway

It was my first time traveling to Vietnam and Dilhan couldn't have been a better host! The apartment appeared as advertised! Extensive information on local attractions and cuisine was provided promptly. Most important, the apartment was clean and luxurious--great value for your money. Quick business trip

Dilhan was very accommodating in making his apartment available for me at short notice. I was there on a quick business trip and the place was perfect for my needs. Comfortable work space and great view. I arrived quite late due to flight delays, but the apartment had plenty of easy to make meals in stock which were all free, plus coffee and tea. I will definitely be back!

Perfect from A to Z

Dilhan is a great host, and his place is great, too! I was in town on business and brought the family along. Perfect from A to Z.Dilhan's flat is spotless, very well furnished, and located in a safe and quiet residence. Very easy access to transport, and with excellent facilities on-site (gym, bar, receptionist, etc) I am quite a furnishings geek, so I must mention that the beds were particularly comfortable. They certainly helped me recuperate after a long day at work for me, and at the pool for the kids. Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable: very nice! This will definitely be my landing of choice for future trips to Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks again Dilhan!
