Welcome to "The Springs" in Mesquite, NV just 4 miles from Casa Blanca Resort and Casino, many golf courses and restaurants to choose from, rent RZR vehicle to explore this beautiful and unique landscape. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Take in all of Mesquite as you'll be only minutes away from everything!! Ground level condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage, pool, hot tub, fitness area and green space with grills!!

Entire renovated condo with freshly painted walls and kitchen cabinets also new laminate flooring. Kitchen fully stacked (perfect for monthly stays). Smart TVs in both living room and master bedroom, we include Disney+. Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a King-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom. Spare bedroom has twin-size beds. Living room area includes a desk, perfect for workspace, and lamp with wireless phone charger and USB ports. (USB ports also included in each bedroom). Have a cup of coffee in our shaded patio or a great option for relaxing, smoking is permitted in this area.

It was amazing! Plenty of towels, games and the pool was right around the corner. We loved the decor and location. The host was so kind and understanding about a mistake we made. We look forward to staying there again!

Very nice place!

We stayed for 28 days, Miquel was in contact with us throughout the stay and very prompt if we needed anything. The space is very comfortable and close to any shopping that is needed. Thank you Miquel and cleaning staff for a great stay.

Mesquite - Deluxe Condo

A great stay in Mesquite. The unit was up to date, spacious and well maintained. Miguel (the host) was available to answer any questions and made check in and check out very simple and smooth. Great communication! The place is close to casinos, golf, grocery stores, and day trips (St. George). A great stay!

Excellent Property, Amazing Host

This was a GREAT choice for a play to stay in Mesquite! The property was well maintained and super clean, and the amenities were just as described/pictured (or better than described!). The shared pool was clean and the neighbors were friendly. The host notified me that I left an important item behind before I'd even realized it, and he went out of his way to return my item to me - this was above and beyond anything I expected and truly a wonderful gesture of hospitality and kindness. I'd recommend this host & property to anyone anytime!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful condo ! Up to date, clean, and has everything you will need. Located between Las Vegas and St George, Utah. Convenient to take in shows at Tuacahn, visit Zion, and live it up in Vegas. Host exceptional with providing information and assistance. You will not go wrong booking this condo.

Host was very responsive

Host was very responsive and helpful and communicated well the check in and check out process. We locked ourselves out at one point and he was able to fix the problem virtually and in a very timely manner. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We took advantage of the park and playground at the end of the street and enjoyed the pool onsite. There is also a walking path and movie theater nearby. Would stay here again.

This condo is exceptional! It's comfortable, quiet and clean. It's close enough to the softball fields, shopping, casinos, etc. The host, Miquel, is very accessible and will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. A great experience

Miguel (the owner) was incredibly helpful to us. He offered to secure our shipped golf clubs until our arrival and then went out of his way to deliver them to us once we arrived. We were there for 8 days. The condo was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and everything was in perfect working order. We couldn't have been happier in our choice. Thanks for everything, Miguel.

Perfect for our family getaway

We booked this condo because it seemed great for our family, and it was. First impression of the condo was that it immediately got 5 stars for cleanliness and ease of check-in. Miguel responds to messages promptly, the condo was immaculate, and the pool area was clean and fun for the kids. The thumbs up for me was there was coffee, creamer, and sugar already there for our use. We didn't need to go to the store when we arrived (late) to get that essential. Checkout process was the easiest I've ever had.

We had a wonderful stay! Miguel was a responsive host. who gave clear directions, and responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and we had all of the towels and amenities we needed ! Check in was quick, simple and stress-free at the end of a long day, and we enjoyed the hot tub right around the corner! Everything was comfortable and inviting, the kids appreciated Disney, and I loved having a washer and dryer onsite. We relaxed to beautiful Mesquite sunsets and had a delicious brunch at the Virgin River Casino nearby.Check out was a simply process that went smoothly and quickly. Thank you again Miguel for a comfortable, stress-free visit. I hope we have the opportunity to return again soon! Heidi F

The rooms all had their own TV's, and there was even a memory foam mattress for the hide-a-bed in the sofa. We were very pleased with this condo and will stay again if we are in the area.

Great place!

My kids and I traveled to Mesquite for a soccer tournament. This condo was a great place for us to stay. Nice neighborhood, easy to find, clean, and the perfect size for what we needed. The owner responded quickly when I had questions, which is something I really appreciate. Would highly recommend.
