Our unit consists of 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 1 king bed in the master and 2 double beds in the other bedroom. The living room consists of a sofa sleeper and two chairs that convert to beds for sleeping accommodations. Other features include: fully functional kitchen, dining space with table and chairs, and washer and dryer. The outdoor patio extends off the main floor from the living room for a comfortable place to gather outside where a gas grill is available for use. Located steps away from the outdoor patio is the outdoor pool for guests to use at their leisure. Located in the village is an indoor pool, another larger outdoor pool on Lake Thunderbird and a beautiful beach on Lake Sequoia all within a 1/4 of a mile to the unit! Don't want to visit the beach or the pools, but want to spend a day on the water? No problem! Located on Lake Thunderbird is a marina with boats available to rent at a very reasonable price!
