This Historic Parlor level apartment was built in 1880, and is nestled above the beautiful, treelined historic streets of Savannah. Overlooking Colonial Cemetery, a stones throw away from the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, and steps to rooftop bars and fine dining, you'll love being in this desirable neighborhood!
Guests enter into the shared common area, but have a private entrance into their living space. Stepping right inside, into the sitting room you'll be greeted by tall ceilings, and ornate details that date back to the 1800's. Overlooking the tree-lined streets, and an ample amount of comfortable seating, you'll have the perfect space for a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktails with friends - It's common to hear the clip-clop of horse-drawn carriages throughout the day! The living room, open to this space, features a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a dining table. Start your day watching the weather channel, or wind down with your favorite shows on the plush sofa.
The kitchen, just around the corner, is fully equipped with the exception of a dishwasher, the kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare a meal or store leftovers from one of Savannah's incredible eateries!
Just behind the kitchen is the bedroom, open to yet private from the rest of the apartment. A queen size bed with hotel-grade linens awaits you, and a writing desk is ideal for those tied to their work while traveling. The full bath is across the hall and features a tub/shower combination and vanity, with plenty of storage space for you to unpack.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.
