BRAND NEW! Sea Isles Cove - Steps From The Beach

Welcome to our brand new Sea Isles Cove home! Located in a family-friendly neighborhood that is just steps away from the beach. The neighborhood has lots of amenities such as a park, boat ramp, bait shop, convenience store, and restaurant. We are a newly built house completed in 2022 with updated appliances and brand new furniture. You can be sure to have a relaxing getaway with family and friends in our home that comfortably sleeps 15 guests!
The space
Living:
Our home has spacious open concept flooring where everyone can relax and interact after a long day at the beach. We have a smart Tv and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully equipped with utensils to cook the perfect family meal. The kitchen island is spacious enough to prepare a large meal and contains a breakfast bar to dine on. The dining table is surrounded by large windows to eat and enjoy the view, seating 6-8 guests.

Sleeping:
The deluxe suite gives you the perfect night of sleep in our king size bed with its own en-suite private bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The home also includes a secondary suite with a Queen sized bed alongside a single (which is perfect for keeping an eye on the little one). The suite has its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom that includes a spacious closet for you to store your belongings. There are 2 additional bedrooms that provide newly built bunk beds and single beds for the kids to enjoy with access to their own bathroom right across the hall. Our living room provides additional sleeping for 2 guests on the full sized sleeper sofa.

Outdoor:
Entering the driveway, you can be met with a large hangout area with hammocks, lounge chairs, a picnic table, and a barbeque pit. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after coming home from the beach. Walking up the stairs, the front balcony provides a lounging area to relax and enjoy the sun rise while sipping on your morning coffee. The side balcony provides additional lounging great for sunbathing.

Beach Access: The home is located about a quarter mile from Sea Isle community beach access point 26.

Pet Policy: We do not allow pets, please look elsewhere if you are looking to bring your furry friends.

Age Requirement: You must be 24+ to book.

Party Policy: NO parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
