Couldn’t be happier about our stay at the “Compound “. Peyson does an excellent job, we would definitely visit again! Also for those of you with EV’s they have 50 amp service available so bring appropriate charger and you will be all set. We spent 5 awesome nights there, smooth as silk.

My family of 4 enjoyed this cabin, inside and out! Everything was fresh and clean. We were lucky to have visited when there was a nice cool front so we cooked and ate on the deck nightly. The location was private and nice to be away from town, just note that it’s best for an suv or 4x4 to get to the cabin on the steep at times gravel road (especially if it rains). We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a lovely and wonderful stay! The property is very secluded surrounded by all the trees. It is very peaceful and just an all around great experience! There’s a nice walking path down to the water, great for cute pictures! And the hot tub is always a hit!

We just returned from a wonderful stay. The house, location, amenities and atmosphere were perfect and we will definitely be returning. The views from the deck, the hot tub, the trail to the lake, the coziness of the house and the attentive hosts all made for an amazing trip.

Beautiful property, inside and out. The hot tub is wonderful! So private and quiet. Many thoughtful touches throughout. How fun to wrap up the stay with some Polaroids, one for us and one for the guest book! We lacked nothing during our stay. Cameron is very responsive; there were a couple small maintenance needs. He was onsite within an hour and a half to take care of things. We then learned they own the newer and more luxurious cabin next door, so he graciously offered us a tour and some pleasant conversation. The walk to the lake is nice, but a bit steep, so be careful. The drive on Branch Rd is about a 1/2 mile and is pretty craggy and bumpy in some places. When they recommend a 4x4 or AWD vehicle, believe them. There's not a thing we'd change about our stay; it was wonderfully serene and relaxing and the house was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Thanks, Cam & Peyson, for sharing "The Compound" with us.

My husband, Cameron, and I both grew up spending summers and weekends on Table Rock Lake. Our careers took us to Kansas City, where we lived-in and renovated two houses in two years. And while we love the city, the lake kept drawing us back.

Thanks to a New Year's resolution, we decided to move back to be closer to family and invest in a place so special to us and our families. We are grateful for the opportunity to share a place we love so much with others.

We would love the opportunity to host you at our cabin, which we lovingly call The Compound.

We believe places and experiences are the best relationship builder — whether that be for couples, friends or family. And that's what this part of the lake has been for us. My husband, Cameron, grew up directly across the lake, swimming in this same cove with his dad and siblings. While I grew up on the other side of the lake, my summers looked very similar spending long days on the water with family.

When Cameron found this cabin, we didn't even hesitate. It needed a lot of love, but we knew how special this place could be — not only for us and our family, but for others to retreat to and create memories worth cherishing.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our cabin is one of kind — from its A-Frame architecture and tree-lined property to the sprawling deck and path to the water. But when we first got the keys, it was tired and needed a lot of love. We spent six months restoring our cabin back to the lakeside retreat it was always meant to be, with a bit of a modern touch of course.

While we reinforced the foundation, replaced all the windows, installed new heating and cooling units, regraded the driveway (all the necessities + more), here are some of our favorite features that we think will enhance your stay:
• Private deck with hot tub, fire table, grill and dining area
• Comfortable beds made with linen-blend sheets, fluffy pillows and soft duvets
• USB and USB-C outlets located on each side of the beds in each bedroom
• Brand new, fully stocked kitchen with marble countertops and filtered water faucet
