Comprised of an adjoining studio and one-bedroom condo, this Thousand Hills rental is the perfect home base for exploring the Ozarks. Perfect for a family getaway or retreat with friends, a lock-off door connects/divides the two living spaces.

Start the day with a cup of coffee on the private, furnished balcony - also the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon beverage - while watching golfers play down the fairways. The full kitchen makes at-home meal planning a breeze and the well-equipped kitchenette in the studio provides added convenience and flexibility with a second dishwasher and full-size fridge. The living room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for guest convenience and entertainment. A private washer/dryer allows you to pack light and stay fresh for any occasion.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

I noted some issues with the condo. They weren't significant but in 5A the light was out above stove, a piece of the living room lamp was broken, the kitchen knobs kept falling off, the living room carpet was heavily stained, the tile was not secure to the floor. In 5B, the light in kitchenette was out, the washing machine did not work per a note left by previous occupant. The fold out in 5B was great for my teen son.

Affordable & Attraction Adjacent

This condo was wonderful and so much more cost efficient than a hotel for a week! Thousand Hills is a beautiful location and this condo is located right in the middle at Royal Links. It is close to the main Branson strip with major attractions and shopping within 5-10 minutes! Having a condo/studio combination worked perfectly for our family. We are a family of 5 with 3 teens so everyone always wants (and NEEDS) their own space. We would highly recommend and stay here again if we visit Branson in the future!

Clean and perfect location

The Condo was perfect for me and my family for our Christmas in Branson. The condo we very clean except for a couple stains in the carpet which did not distract from the overall quality of everything else.

The 2 rooms were spacious and clean. Very easy check in and instructions. Floor coverings could use some attention, stained carpets and loose tiles.

Nice space

Worked well for our party. Conveniently located and had all the essentials you would need for a short stay. Could use a carpet cleaning and some floor tiles in the kitchen are loose but overall a reasonable stay for the cost

Decent place

We needed a place that allowed pets, so our expectations were tempered. The place was in a good location, and slept us all well. There were some warts, but nothing crazy. It wasn't something owned by individuals, so it lacked some of the personal touches. Overall, it met all of our needs at a reasonable price.

Great place

Simple, open space with plenty of room. The pull out was a twin and not a full like I thought but there was a full pull out in the living room also. Plenty of dishes to cook meals. Easy to find and close to so much of the things to do in Branson. It had an elevator which made it easy to get our stuff upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Miserable

Air went out on our first day, which was way over 100 degrees outside. Broken kitchen tiles, floors dirty. We left a day early and ended our “once a year” family vacation where we see our kids. It was very disappointing because we were told that the manager/owner knew of the declining air unit and didn’t take care of the issue. We received some of our money back, but you can’t put money on the moments that you get with Family.

Wonderful property

This condo was exactly as listed. Easy access to everything. The furniture was all nice and beds were comfy. With the exception of a couple of stains on the carpet the place was exceptionally clean. Our only complaint was that it would get very hot at night and there is no ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Next time we will bring a fan. Loved the property and will certainly be back.

Branson fall trip that turned to summer

Was very happy but a few suggestions, post the correct information to log into Wi-Fi, post check out information, the kitchen floor needs regrouped or replaced, and refrigerator gets the exterior of things wet, not sure what the problem is, carpet need cleaned. Overall was happy with the property and understand things happen.

Cool Place

The location was great, just a couple of hiccups the digital door code did not work, I called and reported it plus sent an email but no response thankfully they had an alternate way to getting into the condo. The floor tiles were loose in the kitchen that needs to be repaired to avoid tripping. The bath tub needed to be cleaned out due to black mold inside the jet tubing. Otherwise the home was nice.
