Spacious 7BR Getaway, Golf View & Waterpark

Summary:
- 2 separate family rooms for large gatherings.

- Amazing golf course views from most of the house!

- 5-minute bike ride or drive to Meadows Golf Course pro shop, Sunriver Village for coffee, food, ice cream, entertainment, or to the business park for gas and the hardware/outdoor store.

- 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.

Details:

Indoor Space:
- 7 bedrooms (2 King suites, 4 Queens, double size bunk, twin size bunk, two twin over queen bunks).
- 2 separate family rooms, including a game room with 75” TV, pool table, and arcades for the louder kids or adults, and a separate living room with a fireplace for the more relaxed ones.
- Large hot tub with view of the golf course.
- 3 bathrooms downstairs (two are king suites), one upstairs.
- Large kitchen and separate dining room for large groups. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. There is a mini fridge in the game room and a mini fridge in one of the downstairs suites.
- There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well as another washer and two more dryers in the garage!

Outdoor Space
- The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay!
- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.
- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!

Other Amenities
- 10 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included!
- 6-8 adult and 4-6 kid bikes provided in the garage.
- All bedrooms except two have smart TVs for you to use your favorite streaming service.
- Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room.


IMPORTANT INFO:

This is a full home rental with self-check-in. The best way to contact me is through the booking app as I manage the property remotely.

This property has space for 5 cars MAXIMUM for parking in the driveway and garage. On street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Sadly, we have had issues with guests breaking this rule. There will be a $200 fine PER vehicle, PER NIGHT for any cars that break this parking rule. Thank you ahead of time for following this very important rule.

This house has full-time neighbors nearby. Please be respectful and courteous to everyone in the neighborhood by keeping noise to a level that cannot be heard outside of the house.

This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies.

The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and their staffing. It is a good idea to call ahead of time to confirm the hours.

We had such a wonderful stay! Kyle was so responsive, even coming out with short notice to help fix a toilet issue. He also ordered us a folding table after we asked if there was one at the house. He’s an amazing host! Our large family with 9 kids 7 and under had plenty of space. The house was full of toys and activities. Thank you, Kyle!

Great summer stay

We had a wonderful summer stay. We loved the location and access to all the bikes at the house to use throughout the week. We biked everywhere including the water park and pickleball courts. The house passes for the sharc and pickleball reservations was fantastic. We cooked most of our meals at the house and ate on the back patio adjacent to golf course. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. There was plenty of room for our group of 13. We would definitely stay again.

Sunriver girls trip

The house was very clean and Kyle was amazing to work with. Unfortunately the previous guests had done a number on the house, but they tried their beat to have the house back in top shape for us once we got there. Was a very comfortable stay and the house was awesome!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay here. Huge house with lots of fun games and areas to hang with friends. We loved that they had many bikes of all sizes and plenty of passes to go to the pool. Would 100% stay again.

Beautiful Home

Our group had a wonderful time at this home. Great location right on the golf course. Plenty of space! We enjoyed all the amenities included especially the SHARC passes and the assortment of bikes. Would definitely come back in the future. Thank you!

Fantastic!

The house was beautiful. It was a perfect fit for our group. There is a nice outdoor patio, overlooking the golf course, and a great place to watch the sunset. They have bikes in the garage, which can be easily used as they have easy access to the trails. It's a bit of a walk into the village but a short drive or quick bike ride. The amenities provided make for an enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Great time for our four family's..

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved all the bikes in the garage. We used all ten of the sharks passes. The kids love going swimming at the shark.. It was so nice to be close to the Village with the restaurants, shopping and Starbucks..Loved seeing the deer. The hot tub was great. Overall it was a great rental..

Wonderful house for multi family vacation

We stayed at the house with 4 families totaling 16 people. The house fit our needs perfectly and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. Everyone loved the game room and the pool table, Pac Man & NBA Jam were huge hits with the kids (and adults!) It was a hot week and the air conditioning kept the house super cool which was a lot better than other places we’ve stayed in Sunriver. House was well appointed, great kitchen, had most everything we needed. Only thing it could use is an electric mixer (but that’s being picky)! Proximity to the river was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We had some issues with the hot tub and kitchen appliances but Kyle responded so quickly and went above and beyond to try to get things fixed, including having a new fridge delivered the next morning and sent maintenance people out quickly to try to resolve problems. He even gave us some money back for our inconvenience. He was a responsive and gracious host and we’d gladly stay at his home again.

Great house for a retreat

All enjoyed the game room with the pool table, video games and the bar in one room. Only minor detail was the need for more bathrooms for a group of 12.

Great house for large group

We rented this house with a group of friends and our kids. It was a great house for multiple ages because there’s a good separation of space but you still feel like you’re close enough to hear everyone having fun. I’d rent it again!

Above & Beyond

Our family of 10 just stayed in this fabulous home in Sunriver for seven days for the Fourth of July holiday. We were beyond pleased with all of the accommodations! The home was wonderfully equipped, clean, spacious and a beautiful location right on the fairway. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals on the patio, the game room was a hit with our teens and adult children and the kids loved the indoor hot tub! The kitchen is full equipped with everything you would need as I cooked meals every evening seven days straight and there was not one utensil that I needed that I could not find...even had an insta pot! There were at least ten bikes of all sizes available in the garage which was a huge bonus as I was planning on renting bikes but was happy to not have that expense added to our trip. We also used the SHARC passes and enjoyed the water park which was another huge bonus! This house is perfect for large families. The four bedrooms up stairs all had queen sized beds with bunk beds as well. Kyle was very responsive, a joy to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We will definitely be coming back! Becky Gibson

The Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here in June! Within walking distance of the Village for groceries, shopping, or food/coffee. Don't care to walk? There were plenty of bikes for the entire family ready for use in the garage. The rooms and space were super clean, kitchen was functional, and the indoor hot tub was a cool feature. While I would give this place a 5 star rating, my wife might give it a 4 due strictly to the fact that I might have played too many games of NBA JAM while we were there! ha Next time we visit Sunriver, we'll be renting here.
