Phoenix V Luxury Beachfront Condo with Spectacular Gulf Views!

This beautiful, newly renovated beachfront condo is located on the 4th floor of Phoenix V with an exterior breezeway entry door and features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 10 (8 adults). Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. The keyless entry allows you to get right to your vacation upon arrival without the hassle of check-in. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities and many extras for you to prepare meals for your group. The dining table comfortably seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. If you prefer dining with a view, the balcony table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 in the Adirondack rockers.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful, panoramic views from your floor to ceiling windows and private balcony access. In the second bedroom, there is another King bed with a connected bath, which is also accessible from the hall. The third bedroom features custom bunks with two full beds on the bottom and two twins on the top.

The resort style amenities set Phoenix V apart from the rest, to include:
• Pirate-themed splash pad/water park
• Outdoor pool and Indoor heated pool
• Hot-tubs and sauna
• Fitness room
• Racquetball Courts
• Lighted Tennis Courts

• Full-Time Onsite Staff and Security

Parking:

Resort fees are charged by the building at $55+tax per vehicle for all vehicles parking on property and may be purchased at the Coastline desk. This unit has a deeded reserved garage space (10), which is situated conveniently for easy access and unpacking. Up to two additional spaces may be purchased for a total of 3. Parking passes are a one-time fee and are valid for the duration of your stay, no matter the length.

Great unit! Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely stay here again! Our grandchildren loved the splash pad!

Condo was very nice. Contact with host not so much. Received an email saying it was my access to property. Partly on me…I should have opened it and realized it wasn’t before we got there. Had to stand outside door for about 20 minutes with a screaming 3 year old. Host would not answer phone. I called 3 times. Finally responded to message on VRBO by simply sending information she should have when payment was made in full a month before. Batteries were missing from remotes but the following day the management company took care of that quickly. We had a great time just would not recommend this host due to lack of communication. We stay at this complex every year and owners of the other units have been quick to respond when there is a problem and even check back to make sure it was handled. There were some minor issues/broken accessories with the condo as there are with all. But communication is key, especially with a "premier" property.

The condo was nice & roomy for 6 adults 3 children. All appliances were in working order. The beds were comfortable. Took us a little bit to discover that some light switches worked the power outlets. Great access to the beach & not a long walkway which was helpful since I have back & knee issues. Also enjoyed my time on the balcony watching the sunrise & drinking coffee every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation with our children & grandchildren. There was even talk about doing this again next year.

Amazing time

We had an amazing vacation with the family. The condo was beautiful and a great location. We plan to go back. It was convenient to all the local attractions and restaurants. Beach was amazing as well.

Family Beach Trip

Bedrooms very small. Elevators constantly out of order. Stove burners not secure. Microwave goes into power failure in middle of cooking. Other appliances in good working condition. Not perfect but made the best of some cooking situations and elevators not working. Person’s checking in and out very helpful and considerate.

Nice condo, would stay again!

It’s a nice condo, beach front, with great amenities. Plenty of room and beds for our group. Fourth floor was perfect and close to the elevator. Check in was easy, parking was great, close to stores and restaurants. I wouldn’t say it’s family friendly, as far as there were no plastic cups or plates for children, but we used paper products. The master bedroom bedding wasn’t sufficient so we had to borrow from the other guest rooms. There was some kind of bodily fluid on the picture above the master bed and there was pink mold on the shower curtain and hairs on the bathroom floor that did not belong to us. The stove needs replaced, as the eyes didn’t heat properly so cooking was hit or miss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Will stay again and again

Our family loves this property. This was our second stay at this property with these owners and we will likely come back next year. The 4th floor right above the splash pad is the perfect spot! Our boys, ages 2 and 4, keep asking when are we going back to "the beach house". Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

First beach trip with our baby

Family Vacation

Our family was so excited for a long awaited vacation and when we found this unit, we knew this was the one. Abby was great. She communicated with me the process of checking and was prompt if I needed anything. From the check in process, to the beauty of the unit and the view of the beach was perfect. We were so thankful that we got to stay in this unit. Hopefully we wont wait so long for another vacation.

Great

The property was great pool & beach was very clean. The only problem we had was there was food on the couch (cheese it type). There was a five gallon bucket that looked like trash in the master chair. The mirrors weren’t wiped good, still had fingerprints and smudge. The biggest problem we had was the uncleanliness of the floor. You could get out of the shower walk barefoot into the living room and your feet would be black on the bottems. We were forced to walk with socks or shoes on at all times. The floors were NASTY!

Successful Family Vacation

The Views!

First time to Gulf Shores / Orange Beach - amazing and this property allowed us to enjoy all aspects. Excellent description and instructions for parking and finding the unit. First impressions of the building and unit had us worried, but opening the door and seeing the views immediately put that concern to rest. Very comfortable and we cooked every meal, kitchen had everything we needed. A newer washer and dryer would make this place near perfect. Access to beach and pool was super easy and made traveling with littles ones that much easier. Thank you for a great place to stay!
