Treat your family and yourself to a clean, relaxing, enjoyable stay during your Disneyland vacation. This is not an apartment or a hotel! This is an entire, private, luxurious home that offers so much more than a hotel, an apartment, or a condo. A large, covered backyard/patio to enjoy the Southern California weather. Full kitchen and stackable washer & dryer, everything you and your family needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness is our top priority, ensuring that you have a comfortable and worry-free stay at our home.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we have installed a highly efficient air conditioning system that will keep you and your family pleasantly cool after an eventful day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently implemented a tankless water heater, guaranteeing a never-ending supply of hot water. Unlike conventional water heater tanks that are constrained by their size, tankless water heaters can continuously provide hot water for your entire family.

Moreover, our property runs on renewable solar energy, enabling you to enjoy a worry-free experience while maintaining your preferred level of coolness inside the house.

Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay.

We wanted to visit LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills...etc and this house ended up being a perfect central location. It provided a great place in a safe and quiet neighborhood, away from too much hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. On top of that, what we appreciated the most was how responsive the owner was both before and after check in. Every message we sent was responded to quickly, which was important to us. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay for our Disney trip.

Overall a great place to stay with our family of four. I found that parking was easiest when at the curb facing east and backing in.

The place was clean and the management was lovely. My only complaint is that the beds were extremely firm. If that's your preference then you'll be thrilled, but we all woke up sore.

Great Stay!

I would highly recommend staying at the newly renovated home in Fullerton. Location was perfect, the home is very clean and well appointed. The owner was excellent with communication and very helpful.

The host was great!! He checked on us and was a great communicator. Check in and out was easy. The bathroom was stocked and I loved the water pressure of the shower. The listing doesn’t say the bathroom has a bathtub, but the house does have a bathtub and it’s nice and deep, great for relaxing. The place is more like a duplex. There is no tv in the bedroom with the 2 beds. The bed in the master bedroom is firm but the pillows are nice. I slept fine on the bed, but if a firm bed bothers you, that might be an issue. This place gives you the basic needs for a pleasant stay. It offers a couple of coffee pods. Tea bags, sugar, creamer and salt and pepper. Make sure you bring a small speaker if you like to listen to music and seasonings if you plan on cooking. It is approximately 15 minutes from Disneyland and the home has several stores and restaurants near by. Overall our stay was pleasant. Thank you Jimmy for allowing us the rent your place. :)

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here for a few days with husband and 2 young kids and had a great time! It was a lovely property, and the kids loved having their own room and twin beds. Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy and outdoor space was nice to have as well. We visited Disney one day and visited friends and family the other days so it was a central location to where we needed to go. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Love this home!

Jimmy was a wonderful host who made sure everything was perfect for my stay there. The house was completely remodeled and decorated very cute. The location was central to many tourist attractions. I highly recommend this home for a stay when you’re in California!

We were in town for just two nights and wanted a little extra space. This property was perfect! Our rental car was large and posed a challenge with parking, but we made it work. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for an OC Stay with a Family

Jimmy's place is well located by OC theme parks and major freeways. It was 10 minutes to Disney and only 30-40 minutes to the beach. It's tastefully appointed throughout and perfect for our stay with a family of four, with two kids 2 and 4. This was the most spacious SoCal vacation rental we've stayed in. The kids loved the bedroom with 2 twin beds next to each other, and they spent plenty of time playing in the backyard. The only minor complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for us, but that's personal preference. Overall, I would easily recommend this listing as a great choice for the area.

Great stay

Jimmy was an attentive host from the start. He checked in on us before, during and after our stay to assure we got everything we needed. The check in and out process was easy too. I was able to text Jimmy if I had questions and he was quick to respond.The location was ideal. The house is by a busy street but we rarely heard the outside noise. So many places within a reasonable driving distance, Disneyland being one of them. Newport Beach was about a 30 min drive. I had to do a grocery run really early in the morning and Walmart was an 8 minute drive. I had great coffee at a sweet local cafe called Intentional coffee which was a walkable distance. We were really pleased w our stay. Thanks Jimmy for being a great host!

Perfect spot to visit family

It was great to have parking right outside the door (might be a little interesting to get sideways in anything larger than a sedan but that’s what we had so we were good). Beautifully updated. Bed in master is super firm, but we slept fine. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house (we rented the larger side last year) and Jimmy is a super responsive host which is always appreciated. The house wasn’t super clean and showed some signs of a party or celebration from the previous guests - confetti on the floor, cigarette butts outside, sticky residue used to hold up a banner/balloons, and a random Jell-O shot container in the smaller bedroom. It wasn’t a great first impression but Jimmy was super responsive to the message and immediately offered to send cleaners by.

Great stay!

It was good size for family (hubby &2 young adult children). I sometimes have back issues, so the bed there was nice and firm for me! Place was fresh and very new feel. Parking was good. I read comments where someone reported they had issues so that was concerning but when we were there, no issues with parking. Very open and plentiful! Kitchen had all basic appliances (oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc). We didn't need to use any of it except coffee machine & microwave. But well stocked! Had washer/dryer if needed. Nice backyard as well, but didn't use as it was raining hard when we were in town. Stores and places to eat close by. Disney Park is also nearby (15-20 mins). Enjoyed our stay! Only draw back about the place is it has one bathroom. We were able to manage, but definitely something to think about if you have a big group. But it's posted so, you already know this prior to stay. Check-in process was super easily. Thanks to Jimmy for being available and responsive prior to arriving at house. It was a great stay and will come again if in town.
