Steps from the beach! NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO Pool and hot tub!

The gorgeous private beach is just steps away from the front door and you will be just a short distance from the Hangout and all Gulf Shores has to offer.
Located in Sun Chase condominium complex, this property has a very thoughtful beach decor vibe with all the essentials to make your beach vacation a great one! Though this is a small condo at 660 sq ft, the space is maximized to make you and your guests feel comfortable and luxurious during your stay.

THE UNIT
The balcony has amazing views of the gulf and is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach right outside the door with the lounger and Adirondack chair provided. Enjoy your morning coffee or even an evening cocktail on this balcony listening to the peaceful sounds of the waves. Since this is a low density complex, it feels very private and is a great way to view the sunrise/sunset.
It features a cozy living room with a fold out sleeper sofa and direct views of the ocean.
There is an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Though this condo is very close to many great restaurants, the kitchen is fully stocked for a night of home cooking if you choose to do so.
The bathroom has a gorgeous shower with new tile work and granite countertops with plenty of counter space.
The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, closet space, and a built in shelf with a television. The second bedroom has a pair of twin beds perfect for the kids . Both bedrooms feature a window with a direct view of the beach.

THE COMPLEX
Feel free to enjoy the other amenities of the complex including the outdoor pool, hot tub, and shared grilling space.
** Please note: There is no elevator available in this complex. This unit is on the 3rd floor (1st level being parking) so there will be two flights of stairs to climb to enter the unit.

PARKING
Parking is on the first floor of the complex, directly below the units. Parking passes cost included in fees and there is only one spot available per unit. Additional cars will need to park one block away in a public lot (will send information upon booking).

CLEANING/SUPPLIES
Cleanliness is a priority for us, so you can enjoy your stayOur unit is cleaned well between every guest. Every linen is taken off site and laundered between stays (including comforters). Our cleaners will provide a small amount of each of these items: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased by the guest.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a non smoking and no pet unit. There will be a $300 fine for smoking (plus additional damages) and a $150 fine for bringing a pet (and you will be asked to leave right away). Please do your best not to leave food out excessively during the stay as it can attract pests. If there is excessive trash/food left in the unit, we may need to charge an additional cleaning fee for our cleaners' very valuable time.

This condo is so nice, it’s small but perfect for our little family. It’s right on the beach and you can’t beat the porch views! We had the best time and loved staying here!

Much needed getaway

The condo was very nice and clean. There was one small hiccup day one, but Katie was quick to address and resolved quickly. Wonderful experience. Would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely perfect

I highly recommend staying at this condo, it is in the perfect location with such easy access to the beach! The beach views from the condo were breathtaking and it was so incredibly relaxing to be able to just watch the waves. The condo itself was very clean, spacious and just perfect…don’t hesitate to book here! My daughter and I loved getting to stay here and will be back again next year! Thank you for having such an amazing condo!!

Great Location!

We had a nice stay at the property over the 4th holiday! You really can't beat the location- being so close to the beach and ocean was wonderful! The pool is very small and shared among many, but as long as you would rather spend time at the ocean with the occasional quick cool-off in the pool, you'll be fine. The wrap-around porch is not closed off to the property, so there were a couple instances where other guests were right outside our sliding door and one time where another guest walked right into the property from the sliding door thinking it was her own room. We had a day where it rained and we had some leaking above the door but the property manger was right on it and maintenance came right out to look. Restaurants and shops are fairly close but not really walkable, there are no sidewalks on either side of the road. We enjoyed going down to the state park that was close and renting electric bikes. We had a great trip and being so close to the ocean made it easy to come up and down often for meals or to get out of the sun for a bit and come back down. Overall a nice getaway for our family!

Bedtime Bummer

The add stated queen bed. It was only a full size tempur-pedic style bed, hence hot and small. Unfortunately, we chose to sleep separately in the twin beds. The instructions were clear not to push the twins together. Perhaps this has been a reoccurring problem? Parking was very challenging for a standard sized pickup. If the neighbors don't understand the parking instructions to "pull all the way forward" it will be physically impossible to pull out or get back into the space without asking the neighbors to park deep in their spaces. The view was amazing. The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. In summary, I asked my wife if she'd stay here again. She said no, primarily due to the bed situation.

Loved Every Minute!

Our family of 5 had the best time here! All communication regarding the property was complete and timely. It was awesome to be so close to the beach, and have pool access as well. The condo was clean and really had everything we needed. It was so nice at the end of the day to sit on the balcony and watch the waves and beautiful sunsets. Staying here was an absolute pleasure and we'll be back ASAP! :)

Beautiful view!!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful view! It was very clean inside and it was just what we needed. The only two things I would say is that the parking spot is very tight and hard to get into with our suburban and the pool is basically inside the parking area and is not very inviting, pictures are a bit deceiving. But is what the beautiful beach is for! Highly recommend this place overall!

Perfect location

Location was amazing. Amazing view. Tiny condo, we only had 2 adults and one small child. Be prepared to be on top of each other. Only complaint is the sand everywhere. The parking spot is on top of the hose off station, sand in and out of your vehicle. Also inside condo, must sweep daily! Overall, best view IMO. Be prepared to walk up 4 flights with groceries, luggage, etc. it’s a workout! Ha!

This is our 2nd stay at this condo and the location is the absolute best. The view is perfect for morning coffee, the parking spot is the easiest for loading and unloading for beach days, and host communication is the smoothest we’ve ever experiences. We plan to return over and over

I am a veterinarian and he is an engineer and we have 2 dogs and a cat. While we own and manage this property from a distance, we have a team on the ground in the Gulf and are dedicated to making your vacation as pleasant and as relaxing as possible.
