This 1-acre resort style home features a beautiful pool equipped with a waterslide, hot tub, and lights to enjoy the late-night swims. The patio features a 65 in tv, outdoor surround system, sitting area, eating area, BBQ Grill, a fire pit and plenty of outdoor games to choose from. Inside the home you have a chance to get up close to signed objects from some of your favorite players, presidents and actors.

Our family loved our time here. The kids loved the water slide, pool table, and all the lawn games. The grounds and guest house were beautiful, clean, and have everything you need to have a good time with your family and friends. I highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful long holiday weekend. The pool and huge waterslide were the big winners for our family. The guest home is gorgeous, the beds very comfortable and the grounds of the estate are immaculate. As other reviews state, you feel like you're at a resort. We were greeted by the homeowner and felt so welcomed. Loads of amenities, including laundry, pro grill set up and outdoor dining porch.

We had a great stay!

Although our stay was brief the accommodations were excellent! The place was everything that was advertised, and by far exceeded our expectations. The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions or needs. When we have occasion to return to Simi Valley we will definitely be booking here again.

Excellent stay. Very high end accommodations. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and although we stayed for 3 nights, we didnt have much time to enjoy the outdoor living space. The memorabilia was so interesting (like visiting a museum). The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, condiments and utensils.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had an amazing time at the Memorabilia Guest Retreat! Dave and Laurie were fabulous hosts and couldn’t have made our stay any more comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool and chess, swimming in the pool and making s’mores at the fire pit. If we are ever in Simi Valley again, we would definitely choose to stay here and will recommend to any of our family and friends who are traveling there.

Best Place To Stay in Simi Valley

Daves home is beautiful warm and welcoming. The entire visit was set up in accordance to what you would expect from a resort. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to make meals the yard has an amazing BBq and lounge area. We were not disappointed I have been back 3 times now. Thank you Dave for an amazing stay at your home.

We came to the area to celebrate our son's 14th birthday and it was the perfect place. We left once for groceries and that was it for our entire stay as we wanted to spend as much time as we could there. Dave was an excellent host! Core family memories were made.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, clean, beautiful. Dave and Laurie add little touches that are so nice! Disposable toiletries in the bathrooms, glasses in the freezer so they are ice cold, comfy beds..... really recommend!

Fun place for family

Dave and Laurie are awesome host. They have a beautiful home with all the amenities needed and more. My kids loved the pool and water slide. My parents loved the peace and quite and all the sports memorabilia. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone who want to get away and relax. Will be returning.

Amazing Place with Amazing Hosts!

Dave and Laurie were perfect hosts. They made us feel so welcome and made sure we were comfortable in and familiar with the property. You honestly can not ask for better hosts. I don't know how to summarize this other than to thank Dave and Laurie for letting us stay in their fabulous guest house. The photos don't do the property justice - the outside area, especially the pool is breathtaking and the guest house itself is excellent, each room finished to an incredibly high standard. We spent just under two weeks here and could of easily stayed longer. The property is in a great location to venture into LA or the surrounding areas like Santa Monica or Santa Clarita. Hopefully we'll be back again in future!

Haven in Simi Valley

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dave and Laurie’s guest house. From the spectacular landscaping to the awesome sports memorabilia and amazing water slide, we loved every minute of our trip! Dave and Laurie go above and beyond to ensure their guests have all the necessities, plus some great extras! I’ve yet to see another rental this well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra towels, comfortable furniture, etc. The hosts were readily available for any questions. I highly recommend their beautiful rental and hope to return someday!

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful, but the shower didn’t work great and had no water pressure. Also the property states queen in common area but it was a blowup. For the price not acceptable. Also advertised a pool but doesn’t state you have to pay 250$ a day 3 day minimum to heat until day before you arrive. Felt a bit cheated on that.

Stunning property!

This is the most beautiful rental we have ever had! It’s all about the little details! plush towels, heavenly bedding, snacks, water, coffee welcome sign, well stocked kitchen supplies, laundry, games, etc… the bathroom had many toiletries. The living area was perfect for hanging out! Gigantic TV, chess, pool table and quality furniture. Have you seen the photos of the outside? Let me tell you, it’s even better in real life! Stunning!!!! We were greeted by the home owners who where so genuine to provide everything we need. We enjoyed our time there so much! Oh, and the guest house is decorated with some impressive memorabilia! It’s like a museum. Our original plan was just to find a nice place to stay while we do some sightseeing but found ourselves wanting to just relax at the guest house. You will not be disappointed if you rent this one.
