We've been married for over 30 years with three amazing kids and a deep love for travel, dogs, and sports. Over the years, we've visited nearly all 50 states, and somewhere along the way, our passion for travel turned into a passion for hospitality. Today we own six properties across Florida, Tennessee, and Indiana. Almost every one of them started with a family trip where we fell in love with the area and its people. Our South Bend property holds a special place in our hearts since my husband grew up there (Go Irish!).

We believe some of the best memories are made when families slow down and just enjoy being together in a beautiful place. That's why we try to create clean, beautifully decorated, well-stocked spaces where you can escape the chaos of everyday life. Whether you're chasing sunsets over the ocean, breathing in mountain air, or tailgating before a big game, we want your stay to feel like a true getaway.
We're hands-on hosts with a service-first mindset, and nothing makes us happier than knowing our guests left feeling rested, reconnected, and ready to come back. We can't wait to welcome your family to one of our homes.

KITCHEN
Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (drip and pod), pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Everything you need to cook for the family. Dishwasher for easy cleanup.

LIVING ROOM
Vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, comfortable sofa, and large windows with mountain views.

BEDROOMS
Loft: King bedroom (open to the floor below with privacy drapes around the bed to block morning light) with ensuite bath featuring an oversized soaking tub with bathtub table. Plus a queen sleeper sofa. Lower Main Floor: King bedroom with ensuite bath, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Level: King bedroom with a full bathroom shared with the bunk area (located on the other side of the game room).

Please note: The loft bedroom does not have a door and is open to the level below. Privacy drapes around the bed help block light and provide some separation, but it is not a fully enclosed room. We recommend this space for flexible sleepers or couples who don’t mind an open layout.

BATHROOMS
Three full bathrooms; one per floor. Each has a shower and/or tub, single vanity, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

GAME ROOM
Pool table, shuffleboard table, and a custom multi-arcade console with 60+ classic games.

WIFI & ENTERTAINMENT
Free high-speed wifi throughout. Five Smart TVs so bring your favorite logins. (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, etc.)

LAUNDRY
Stackable washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board in the loft.

PARKING & ACCESS
Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (fits larger SUVs and minivans). Roads in the resort are wide, paved, and accessible year-round. During winter storms, roads may be briefly impacted.

EV CHARGING
Free Level 2 EV Charger (J1772) available for all registered guests.
